Dr. Pozdal is a very informed Doctor, very patient with children, and overall a good doctor. The staff though is very unprofessional and unreliable. I had to send 4 requests through email and through phone calls for immunization records and did not receive them on time. They are very rude and hang up on you while youve been on hold. They also switched locations without giving a notice. Now, when I went to switch doctors they have been so difficult with everything. I do not reccomend anyone to use this practice. The happiest I have been with them is the fact that I do not have to deal with them anymore.

I have been attempting to get my results for over a month. I called and called several times a week. I am told that someone will return my call but the call never comes. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The doctor seems nice for what its worth. Her staff lacks basic knowledge of customer service skills. They are actually based out of Hoffman Estates and do not accept patients out of Alexian Brothers.

The Doctor and the stuff are very professional and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. Pozdal for the past three years, and have been very impressed by her knowledge and her attention to the specific needs of her patients. Holistic care. Takes time to listen, is compassionate and knowledgeable.

The doctor is very friendly and informative. The receptionist, however, is not too friendly, they should find someone else.to ensure patients have a much better experiance calling or visiting the office. From other reviews seems like Dr. Pozdal should find herself a new staff

Most unprofessional staff i ever seen . They dont refill my medicine on time , they make mistake by refill my medicine , do not keep promises , very unprofessional . But the doctor is really nice

Awesome Doctor.. I love that she really cares about her patients.. she is young, but is is like an old school Doctor... I do recommend her, because I trust and believe in my doctor.
