I have been going to Doctor McGowen for more than 5 years. I use to live in Woodridge but I have since moved to the city and she is still my PCP. I dont know how to drive and when its time for my visits I get on public transportation (CTA, Metra and then a Pace bus) for my visit. I think that speaks volumes of the service. Sometimes the front desk forget their customer service skills but it is no reflection on Doctor M. Not only is her personality even tempered, she is very approachable, her first mode of treatment is not always a pill, she is willing to work with her patients. She stays abreast of new technology and her referrals are always from the top of their field.
