I have a myriad of chronic, painful health problems and a complicated health history. I found Dr. Palmisano to have a very pleasant and professional bedside manner. She listened very carefully to me and was very conscientious in her treatment plan for me. She asked me many questions, to clarify, and explained everything, making sure that we were on the same page. She spent at least a half hour with me and wanted me to follow up with her personally. I appreciate this, because I have become accustomed to PCPs sending me out to numerous specialists but not following up with me (based on ALL of the findings) but instead expecting me to only follow up with the specialists if necessary. Dr. Palmisano wanted to follow up on all of the results from the tests that she ordered, as well as the findings from the specialists that I am seeing. She cares about all aspects of her patients health, instead of just sending them out to a bunch of other doctors and not mentioning a follow up.. This has become rare, in my personal experience. I am a newer patient, and so far, have been very happy with Dr. Palmisano and trust her. Her staff is very helpful and stays on top of things, as well. One note: the office is open different hours and days than the usual M-F, 8-5. This is not a problem for me. I am very grateful that I found this practice!
