The two workers there were rude, especially the practitioner. They both made a big deal about me showing up right before closing as if I had known. I was in pain so I went to the closest clinic asap. I arrived at 6:22pm. Closing was at 7:00pm. They mentioned it at least six times in the next 33 minutes as if I was trying to ruin their night. I would have preferred them to deny me service so I could be treated like a human being elsewhere. Instead, I got to listen to them say things like, well Ive already cleaned this because its the end up the night but go ahead, hop on the table. At one point I giggled at a question the practioner asked me (wouldnt you giggle if someone asked you if you had seasonal allergies then followed that with if my urine smells strange?) and she stifled my minor enjoyment by telling me we had to get through the questions quickly because its the end of the night. She treated me like a misbehaving child. Ugh. Also, when arriving theres a tablet where you sign in. It told me my wait was 75 minutes. No warning that they were closing soon, no obvious hours that grabbed my attention or warning that the 75 minutes ran past closing. Hours were posted at a doorway by the dark hallway for the offices. Overall, horrible experience, never going back. Should have read the reviews before going (or maybe I should have read the hours!).

I had a great experience at this Advocate Clinic. I arrived without an appointment about an hour before they closed and wasnt expecting any availability. When I made it upstairs and the "check in" monitor was shut off. The nurse walked out of the exam room and I kindly asked if it was perhaps broken. She answered no, it was turned off because they just accepted their last patient. However, even before I had the chance to beg, she guided me into the exam room and asked me for some more info pertaining to my visit. She could have just as easily shoed me away and I was instantly grateful. She was kind, helpful, and could very much sense my urgency. When it was time to see the practicing professional, my experience with him was equally great. He was very detailed and had excellent bedside manners. I was so pleased with his treatment and assessment I even asked where he practiced and if he was accepting new patients!

Rude and unprofessional! As a health care provider I feel compelled to write this review. I arrived and registered 2 hours before the closing time, the nurse came back from her "lunch break", immediately closed the registration screen and was rude to everyone in the waiting area. Few minutes later she comes out and tells me "just so you know youre the last one today and Im seeing you as a favor"!!!! Unless youre giving your services for free, there are no favors here and absolutely no professional healthcare provider under any circumstances should tell a patient that theyre doing them a favor!! Unacceptable!!

Terrible service. Waited two hours without even being given paperwork. I asked the nurse for more details about the wait and her response was "well the clinic closes at 1 for lunch" when there were still 3 ppl waiting in the lobby (the practitioner was averaging an hour per patient) at noon! Only go here if you want to waste your entire day.

Horrible help that lies. Made an appointment hours ahead. Showed up and they had nothing in system but promised to see me next. Waited 45 minutes only to tell me that I was not in a "list" and would have to wait after people who showed up after me. I left an hour later without any help. A joke. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

I received incredibly unreliable service here. I came in for a TB read exactly when they told me to and they "just found out that nobody who can read it is coming in today." They did not help problem solve at all and I will not be trusting them again.

This was terrible. It took me 2.5 hours to get out. There is nothing immediate about this--there was only one nurse on duty, and she took about an hour per patient, and showed no sense of urgency in getting sick patients care. Go elsewhere.

Mediocre service and now run by Advocate Medical Group who charges $185 new patient fee that is not disclosed in the paperwork you sign before treatment.
