I came in for foot pain after running a half marathon, and after getting X-Rays done, was told that my foot was sprained and would be fine in a few days, and was sent home without any sort of brace, or advice other than to rest it. I couldnt walk on my foot at the time. A few days past, and I went to a specialist. They ordered another set of X-Rays, which I was instructed to be standing on my bad foot for vs. laying down like at NW Immediate. Immediately after the X-Rays came back in, the doctor seemed shocked that I had been told it was a sprain because my foot was very clearly broken, and she said had been broken for at least a month. I was surprised that the urgent care center did not pick up on this, especially since the X-Rays went out to be looked at more closely by a radiologist. I was so pleased with the service overall but this break should have been picked up on during my visit. I was quite disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and would probably not use the radiology department for my needs again. This aside, I would recommend Northwestern Immediate -Lakeview for quick service (I went in after work on a Monday), and friendly staff. Much better than other Urgent Care facilities I have been to in the past.

I went in on a Monday to Northwestern Immediate Care for an X Ray and was told that I would receive a call on the results the next day--Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have tried in vain to obtain the results online. When I called the clinic by phone, I received a message that did not allow me to speak with a human and simply told me to go online. My physician had referred me to another hospital to get the X Rays as he said that he had found Northwestern very very slow in getting results to him. I will never use them again.

My wife injured her finger playing volleyball and we came to this facility since it is located one block from where we live. We waited about 3 hours before we saw someone. The consult lasted for a total of 3 minutes maybe even less and they billed us $234 dollars. How do they justify this amount? I am not sure. On top of this we still had to go to our regular doctor because this doctor wasnt able to help us.

I went in with a terrible cough and a clear infection and they told me to just go home and wait. Two weeks later and I still feel terrible and still have an infection and I wish I wouldve just seen my actual doctor that week instead of seeing them. There also isnt an option to call and speak to anyone, which I find completely unacceptable and is a large factor in me writing this review.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and didnt even have to wait in the waiting room. I was seen right away and the PA was thorough and efficient. I got my meds from the attached Walgreens pharmacy and had my parking validated (discounted to $3). I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Absolutely love this urgent care! They do a wonderful job, fast and very thorough. All of the staff is great and super nice if you have sick kids. My family would be lost without this location during cold and flu season!

We were on vacation visiting family when I had to take my wife on emergency on a Saturday. The entire staff and resident Pams were absolutely fantastic. They saw us quick and resolved the problem. Very clean facility.
