I didnt see the doctor, the nurse practitioner (HEATHER) just came into the room never introduced herself nor asked how I was doing in fact I had to ask her what was her name. The tech Stephanie Yabrough was extremely rude to me I spoke to her she didnt responded until I said it a second time and then argued with me about not updating my address, she made me feel very uncomfortable might I add she roughly pulled the needle out of my arm after taken blood work and wrapped it to tight! The experience was horrible the sign in nurse was very nice although my visit was a nightmare and the front desk secretary apologized after I told my experience nice.
