I received a voucher from a vision awareness event with Lions Club International and was referred to this place as participating vendor. Unfortunately this has been a worse case scenario for me with the poorest of customer service by one staff member in particular. And I can recognize theres some level of good customer loyalty here, which furthermore proves the pettiness of this individual. So management / owners should check your customer complaints on this to prevent more bad experiences. My business is complete and I dont expect to revisit.

This was my second visit to this location - obviously the first visit went very well otherwise I would not have returned for a second appointment. Once again the staff were not only friendly - they were also very helpful - the few questions I had regarding the form I needed to fill out were immediately answered. I will continue going to this location because each person I encountered made the visit very comfortable and the wait time was very reasonable.

Ive been coming here for years. Ever since they were located in evergreen plaza mall. Over the years their glasses gets better every time. The workers their is very socialable and would have you forget about all the nervousness of getting your eyes check.
