I had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel and his staff at Grand Dentistry. I went in for a second opinion with Dr. Patel because my general dentist said I had a cavity that needed to be filled. So I told him that I would hold off to get it fixed, I had a gut feeling that it wasnt a cavity but more of a stain on my tooth but Im no dentist. Im glad I went with my gut feeling and decided to give Grand Dentistry a chance. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed and was offered coffee or refreshments that they have for their patients which is a nice detail for them to do to make their patients feel comfortable while they wait. Once they called me in Dr. Patel and his assistant Reina made me feel comfortable due to the fact that Im scared of Dentists and needles. Needless to say they made me feel at ease and proceeded to examine me. They took an x-ray and confirmed that it was not a cavity but a stain that could be removed with a simple cleaning. Thank you Grand Dentistry you have made me believe in honest dentists again that are not looking to dig into peoples pockets for profit and you have earned yourselves a new patient for life.

Worst experience and patient care ever. I’d been visiting this clinic for a while and my last visit was for replacing my ortho retainer. The doctor just cemented it regardless the calculus on my teeth and I asked for a dental cleaning however he said there was no time for that in that day and he cemented it anyway. Few days later the retainer came off and I contacted the office and they advised me to fix it in another clinic since I’m not in chicago anymore and to send them a copy of the receipt to reimburse me. Then when i asked for a letter with that statement to be emailed to me, they changed their mind and told me they would only refund without reimbursement. This was misleading and neglecting. They didn’t respond to my first email when the problem happened. They broke their promises and put me in a bad situation with my new dentist, and on a risk of teeth relapse, with ignorance and arrogance. The doctor just blamed me that the problem happened because of my “poor” oral hygiene, I think he forgot that i’m a dentist

Love Grand Dentistry! I had been looking for a dentist in the city for a while now and my aunt recommended Grand Dentistry. First of all, I want to say how nice, clean and comfortable the office was, it felt more like you were sitting in your living room rather than at a dental office. Next, I want to address how great the service was. I was seen by Dr. McLean who made the cleaning go by smoothly, painlessly and with great results. Furthermore, his dental assistant Reina was so helpful, cheerful and made sure all my questions were answered! Will definitely make this my permanent dentistry!

Absolutely love this place! I was in search of a new dentist in Chicago, and I came across Grand Dentistry. From the first phone call on, the place left a great impression. Everyone here is really friendly, and they take great pride in their work. My teeth have never felt so clean after a teeth cleaning. Dr. Patel also did a great job advising me on my complicated wisdom teeth situation. In addition to the great service, I also received a free whitening tray as a new customer. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his team to anybody looking for a new dentist.

Absolutely amazing. Was dealing with an emergency tooth issue. Called every dentist in the city Friday night and even my own dentist (old dentist now) didnt even have anyone to refer me to or anyone that could help before Monday ...3 days later.. on Saturday morning I called Grand Dentistry and they got me in within 1 hr from calling. Found out I needed root canal and as busy as they were they STILL fit me in that day. On a saturday!! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and I have officially found my new long term dentist.

After a horrible experience at Krueger Dental Associates in Evanston (if you were thinking of visiting them...DONT!!!), Grand Dentistry helped me restore my trust with dentists!!! Amber at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Dr. Patel was very professional, didnt make the visit feel rushed, took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable. Everything was as they explained it to me...no surprises. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Patel at Grand Dentistry!!!

Dr. Patel and his staff were friendly, professional, and honest. I came in for a sore tooth and the initial exam and x-ray were free. I decided to stay for a full exam and cleaning. Dr. Patel explained everything thoroughly and told me what looked great and what I should keep an eye on. There was no pressure to purchase any additional services or hype up any issues with my teeth. I talked my girlfriends ear off about how nice it is to find a great dentist.

I had excellent service at this dentist office. I had a tooth emergency (part of my tooth cracked and broke) and they were able to squeeze me in and fix my tooth in about an hour! They were so friendly and catered to me to make sure I wasnt feeling any pain. I highly recommend if you dont have a dentist- even if you do- to check them out.
