I originally went to them last year, all was cool. A pending life change was going to affect my coverage. I wanted one last visit before hand just in case it takes a while to get new dental coverage. Well they couldnt get me in, thats cool too. I found another office who had an appt available for when I needed it. WELL Not only did GRACE DENTAL CHARGE ME to have my records (1 pg chart, 1 pg treatment plan, and an email containing my xrays) but they NEVER SENT THE EMAIL! So i go to my appt and guess what, they cant do anything without them and I wasnt due for another xray yet. BUT given the circumstances i needed to get it done and I wasnt going to pay for a service i didnt recieve with a late cancellation charge. So, I paid $172 out of pocket for something that didnt need to be done had THEY done what THEY charged me to do. Well, I call today and was told well THE OTHER CLINIC shouldve called and told us that, and sorry all we can do is send you your $20 back.... My issue isnt that I paid them 20 bucks its that i paid them for something they didnt do that resulted in me spending more money than I should have. When confronted they blamed someone else for not doing what i paid GRACE DENTAL to do and then mocked me because I told them I wanted reimbursement for their LACK of service.

I chose Grace Dental after meeting Grace at a Business After Hours meeting. She seemed really nice and considering she is about 5 feet tall and maybe 120 pounds I didnt think she could hurt me too bad:>). Well, I was not disappointed, she was super nice and very informative. I ended up having to get two root canals and she was nice enough to prescribe some medicine to take the edge off and during the procedure she made me feel very comfortable. I also went in for a detailed cleaning and was super impressed by my new dental hygienist, Ielena. I have no complaints at all about Grace Dental, I even price shopped them to other dentists and found their prices to be the same if not better then other dentists. If you want to be treated nice and with respect, choose Grace Dental. They really care about what they do. Not only that, but Grace herself called me the day after my procedure to check on me. Ive never had a dentist do that...first class!

I had an awful toothache this morning couldnt chew anything. When I wasnt chewing it was throbbing with pain. I called all around Clarksville and most were very expensive, Some didnt take emergencies. I dont have Dental Insurance & Grace Dental was very very reasonably priced. I called at 11 they said I could be seen at 11:30. I rushed there as fast as I could. When I got there the staff was friendly and very understanding. I was greeted at the front with a smile and only had to fill out a little bit of information. Once I completed that, they brought me back very quickly took my X-rays and got my Exam. Mandy was very sweet & Dr. Lee was amazing. They removed the tooth. All in all it cost Be about $200 bucks. I have zero complaints. Amazing establishment & I will return. Thank you everyone at Grace Dental. Youre my heroes today!!! :)

I hadnt been to a dentist in years and needed some work done. I went in a few months ago and had to have several fillings and a deep scaling. Dr Lee and the staff were WONDERFUL and so accommodating. They made sure I was really numb-which took a few extra shots. They let me listen to music on my headphones so I didnt hear the drill. Dr Lee was reassuring and explained everything that was going to be done in a way that was understandable. I was quoted a price when I went in for my consultation and paid that exact amount. Cant say enough about Grace Dental. The work I had done was quality, I have had no issues or pain since. I also love how beautiful their office is. There is scripture and quotes all over the walls in each exam room. Lovely office and staff. HIGHLY recommend!

Wasted my wifes time and costed us money. My wife took a day off work to get a cleaning for herself and our daughter only to be called two hours before the appointment to say it needed to be rescheduled. They stated they would call back after that to reschedule it, but just rescheduled and didnt bother calling. After finally getting in the next week, they cleaned our daughters teeth and told my wife they didnt have time to clean hers after they already took her bite wing xrays and put her in the chair to be cleaned. Are you kidding me! What kind of operation are these people running. We are definitely changing dentists and would not recommend this one to anybody.

Worst dentistry I have ever been to! Let me start with when I switched dentists they told me they didnt have to do the FOUR extractions they said they needed to do on my daughter and I had to get their teeth re-cleaned, I am seriously convinced they didnt even do a cleaning or if they did it was so sorry of one. They arent convenient, and they dont take to bad reviews well. I will stand by my experience of never having had to deal with such a shabby dentistry. I dont suggest with all the better places to go in clarksville this one to anyone!

Saved my sons adult tooth. I called at 4 pm my son fell and broke front adult tooth in half. they rushed him back let me stay until he was ready for me to leave which was quick because they were so nice and had lots of cool stuff to use on his precious adult tooth. We were eating cheeseburgers and icecream 1 hour later wow and it only cost me 20 dollars. They have almost perfect estimates never been charged after appointments. Dr Lee was his fav.

I am 100% satisfied with this dentist so far, both my kids had their dental exams there today and every single person there was very pleasant, nice, and kind during the whole thing. Both of my kids were very nervous (as they always panic at the dentist) but they took them back, calmed them down, And both walked out with big smiles and saying that they loved it! Definitely recommend!

This is the best dentist ever! I had to get some deep cleaning n pulling done n they made me feel like I was at home n welcome me . First time to the dentist since I was 16 years old and they made my teeth back right to how its supposed to be . Im truly graceful for Grace Dental!

When I was young I was pushed into a poll and half of my front tooth was gone. I went to Grace Dental and they fixed it so beautifully that I grin ear to ear. For a busy working mom, they are so accommodating with lunch appointments and reminder phone calls. texts

Tore my teeth up and when I complained they said I was no longer welcome at their office and would not fix the damage they done to my teeth as well as charged my insurance company for work they never performed.

Everyone was SO incredibly nice, the office was gorgeous and clean and Dr. Lee is so down to earth and caring. Ive previously had teeth removed at a different dentist and it was like a horror movie
