I went in to inquire if they took my insurance because I live close to their office. I showed the receptionist my insurance card and she looked at it like it was a three day old sardine and said she would have to check. I said OK. She continued to just sit there and stare at my insurance card. She never made any attempt to ask someone or look anything up on her computer. She never asked for my phone number so she could get in touch with me after she checked. She finally said, if we take it, it will be out of area. There are no less than 20 dentist offices in Clarksville that take this insurance so I question how she knew it would be out of area. I also have another dental insurance but since she didnt bother to ask me any questions, I didnt volunteer that. I can not speak to anything at this office other than the actions of the receptionist.

Coming to this office is one of the best decisions I have made with my dental care. As someone who is not too fond of “going to the dentist” the staff and specialists at this office are absolutely top tier. Everyone here makes you feel so welcome and they have been extremely kind and patient in every possible way. Other dentist offices I’ve been to just don’t compare to the kind of personal attention and care I have received at Back2Basics. The team here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they will make you feel right at home. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and am so thankful that I was recommended to this office myself. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Clarksville area.

Both my husband and I have been patients at Back to Basics Dentistry for about 12 years. When we moved south of Clarksville we chose to change from our previous dentist to B2B because of their location. It was the best decision we ever made. We discovered our previous dentist had been lacking when it came to dental care. B2B took care of all our dental problems immediately. Now we feel like we are part of a family when we walk in the door. We have not interacted with the new dentist there yet, but we love our hygenist, Leslie, and Drs. Cornell and Jones. They answer our questions and if they cannot help us, they are not afraid to send us to someone who can.
