After losing my dental insurance, I needed to find a dentist that wasnt as expensive as the one I had been using. Wow! If I had ever suspected what the difference would have been with Dr. Arnold vs. my old dentist, I would have changed years ago. His office is run very efficiently but still is friendly. In comparision to my old dentist, he actually charged a bit less, but most of all the biggest differences are the ones everyone should love: less pain and less time in the dental chair. Old dentist: although not the worst dentist I ever went to, that one did seem to have a problem with administering novocaine without a lot of pain and an appointment never was less than 1 hour just for a cleaning, and if something more was being done (Im talking relatively simple procedures like a filling), it nearly always was more like 2 or 3 hours, with a lot of waiting while he went from patient to patient (sometimes necessitating more novocaine because it had worn off!). Dr. Arnold has never kept me or any other family members waiting unreasonable amounts of time in the waiting room. He seems to be very skilled in administering novocaine and in any dental procedures, as I and others in my family have noticed a real difference between Dr. Arnold and our past dentists. And if you value your time, you should know that Dr. Arnold is efficiently fast in taking care of whatever need you are in for. As an example, the last visit my husband had, when the Dr. said "Okay, thats it" my husband was extremely surprised that his visit was over. My husband has a lot of issues with dentists stemming from early childhood experiences: at the other last dentist, he often would need to have 4 or 5 novocaine shots. With Dr. Arnold, 1 was enough, he experienced only minimal discomfort and he was done in less than 1 hour (maybe even closer to 1/2 hour!). I have always been extremely tolerant of dental visits, not needing extra novocaine or suffering from fear, but even I noticed a big difference with Dr. Arnold. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very good dentist!

I had a terrible experience with this Doctor. I went in for a chipped tooth. Dr. Arnold was very kind, he stated needed to just be filled. Ok easy enough, you would think. But he filled the wrong tooth. When telling them of his error, I got a not-so-sorry response. They charged me for the incorrect tooth and for the chipped tooth I had to go back for him to finally fill. Seems unfair right? Thats not the worst of it. He filled the tooth with the filling spilling over onto my gums which made my mouth uncomfortable and a germ/bacteria trap. I went back in to have the fill in corrected and they stated they would not charge me for that correction. They even had the new younger Dr correct it. He did a good job of fixing it but guess what? They charged me yet again! Stating we didnt charge you for the service but for the visit. I would NEVER recommend this Dental Practice to my worse enemy. Save yourself the time and headache and go else where.

The staff from Receptionist to Dental Hygentists, and of course Dr. Arnold make the appt. comfortable and you can be assured that any reason you are there is addressed both professionally and personally, and you are made comfortable before and during your treatment, and after when you leave if needed.
