Dr. Robert Jordan is probably the best pediatrician my sons had. He was my all three of my sons primary physician for 18 years. He treated both of my sons asthma, and every childhood illness they had. When I couldnt afford my prescriptions during my long layoff, he made sure I was able to get my sons prescriptions. Although they have matriculated to an adult care facility, I can still consult with him if I need to. He is caring and truly takes his time to meet the needs of each individual patient. People that complain about the staff, I understand. However, one of the things I can say about Dr. Jordan is that he provides employment opportunities for aspiring healthcare professionals either who are currently in school, recent grads and interns. After years of seeing him, I have watched staff members learn under his leadership, continue their education and move on to become successful professionals in the healthcare field. So he is a gem! God bless him and his wonderful staff. He is BLESSED and HIGHLY FAVORED!

The only thing I liked when it was time to get my kids blood drawn. The lady is real good. The front office part need to be shut down. They loose paperwork, leave you on hold for a long time once was for 18 mins second time it was 14 mins the third time it was 11 minutes and then when the lady picked up she said who are you holding for I said you and she hung up. I scheduled my son a appt and then when I call to ask a question I find out that there is no appt smh. Im very honest but when it comes to kids they have to do better and get more responsible and professional. I hate the way dr jordan office is ran and I would not recommend anyone to go there. I dont care if that was the last doctor office. Kids needs should be put first.

There are so many things wrong with this facility! The main issue being the STAFF! They are completely UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, and lack the proper skills to run a doctors office. It is amazing that Dr. Jordan is still in business! They take the governments money (All Kids) and give mediocre (at best) service. The office is dirty, the patients rooms are dirty, the attitudes are nasty, and Dr. Jordan comes in as friendly as he can be and rushes you out so he can go and tend to his friends or family in the other room. If you want PROPER care for your child in an environment that isnt gross....Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My son saw Dr. Jordan from birth to 2 years old and his records werent kept up Dr. Jordan told us that my son had a heart murmur sent us to a specialist and at the next visit said none of that was in is file!! and in the end my son didnt have a heart murmur or it disappeared! The office is always dirty and you have to wait hours on end! The staff is rude and ghetto. Dr. Jordan also make inappropriate jokes in front of little girls! I wouldnt take my child there is he was dying! The worst place possible!

My son was going to him for 8 years and I will NEVER SEND HIM or my baby THERE AGAIN.his staff do NOT kno what they are doing.they always run out of shots that children need and when they stopped excepting my childrens insurance I was not notified.They are slow and your in there all day.LITERALLY.SO SINCE THEY DNT COMMUNICATE,NOW that my children need to be seen they cant.THE DOC HIMSELF IS GOOD BUT THE PPLE RUNNING IS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE

I went there once, we took our 4 year old daughter for shots..yeah the staff did seem to have their issues but I liked how the doctor explained things to us and I felt comfortable about talking to him about our issues as parents and how to keep our child over all healthy...

Straight up horrible. He hasnt had my daughter shot for over a month. Same with her test results. They keep telling me next week or Ill call Friday. Well Friday comes and I get nothing. Once Im able o Im switching doctors. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!
