The doctor is great. Employees used to be awesome(Crystal)but the new girl who seems to be in charge now is incredibly difficult and very rude to deal with. Crystal would go above and beyond when it came to customer service and was extremely nice and helpful in so many ways. Because of my recent experience I am definitely thinking of finding a new place for my child and myself to go to in the future. Customer service matters and this new girl just doesnt have customer service skills at all. She is on some sort of power trip and no one has time for the rude behavior when we can just go somewhere else.

Horrible people work there. Service is the worst, I called to see if my glasses came in and the lady started giving me attitude, called me a rude name. Than the doctor calls me saying Im harassing them (I only called them once) and now they wont give me my glasses. I will be calling the police after all of this, they will not give me my money back or anything.

First set of lenses were ordered wrong ...... second set has the left lens focus point in the wrong spot, have to look over my nose to the right to get a clear view ......... they refused to fix them ....... place is a joke !!!
