My eyes were examined by James R. Kresca, M.D. and he used instruments from an old wooden case that looked like it came from an antique store. He dilated my eyes and said I was fine. I took the prescription to a different eye store and I couldnt even see to drive. I had to use my old set of glasses. I had my eyes retested by another eye doctor and found out I had cataracts and the prescription was WAY off. I also found out I have cataracts. Wow, what a misdiagnosis! I had new lenses made at the other store and now they are fine. Do NOT go there if you can avoid it. A licensed M.D. should know better.

I cancelled a Surgery because the hospital was charging me $687.00 out of my pocket because I have insurance. They got mad and sent me a bill from back in January for $135.00. Sore loosers. This place might be ok if you are on state assistants... but they will milk you if you work for a living and have insurance. They even charged me for something I didnt need. Remember, you get what you pay for. Im going somewhere that wii do procedures on their own property.

Staff are rude, they take no time with you, sigh when asked a question, act like you are bothersome, watched them play on Facebook while waiting with no other clients what do ever in the building, told my daughter she needed glasses then said well not really, its not a necessity at this time. Really bad environment. Poorly operated.

The crew was very nice and they helped myself and children get new glasses. Recommend this place to everyone who likes great service.
