I went in to get help from the mental health services there. It is the worst place I have ever been, nobody cares about you, they dont give you medicine correctly, you could-be laying in your bed screaming for help (Which I did) and begging to go to the emergency room and they deny you the access.they physically abused me. I have pictures but they were sure to keep me just long enough that the purple marks started disappearing . They are very mean people! dont ever take your family members to this hospital especially your children. All I was trying to do was make a phone call from the patient phone And they jumped me from behind, threw me in a seclusion Room and tore off my clothes and left me naked in there for 3 hours . Ol yeah and the phone call I was trying to make was just a call to home to talk to my husband. The food is horrific and uneatable to me. All I had to eat-in 4 days was a bread stick and a juice cup, unsweetened grape juice at that. Mind you I was in there voluntarily. They would not allow my husband to bring me food from like McDonalds or wendys places like that. Im warning you now do not go to this place ever not even in an emergency. I am completely traumatized because of this place. I have horrifying dreams about it.

My experience was absolute hell. They did more harm than good. In fact it was traumatizing. I was assaulted by a patient, harassed constantly by another to give him a blow job. I woke up one morning with a dick in my face. No one cared, I was told I wanted it. There was no treatment going on. The mens bathroom broke so we shared. We had separate shower times but the men always "forgot" and walked in. If I didnt care about having good credit Id never pay that bill. I am still angered by the treatment there and it was 7 years ago this month. I still havent gotten over it. I will be paying $5 a month on that bill, hopefully I die before they get the full amount.

Wow!...Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING! This place is a joke...specifically the ER! I hope youre ready for the demise of your pathetic excuse for a medical facility, Touchette Regional Hospital, because the storm is on its way! Your nursing staff is a complete embarrassment to the profession. Im not sure why your RNs and MDs think they can get away with violating patient rights and allowing ILLEGAL practice, but mark my words, youre going down! Unfortunately for you, I know my rights AND the laws that protect those rights. I suggest you lawyer up because youre about to be headline news!

These doctors or nurses dont give a damn about your health.. The female nurses act like they have attitudes nd they roll their eyes if you need something even though it their job. They have you sitting in the waiting room for 2hrs the have you in the back for 2hrs. Let me say this... Dont visit this hospital if you have something to do afterwards because you will never get to it....

If I could check no stars I would have this place is ridiculous and so is most of the staff been in pain since 4am they finally decided to discharge me at a little after 1030am didnt brother to treat my pain at all when I ask for anything to eat being they kept me here since the early part of this morning they quickly gave me pain meds and sent me on my way this place is a joke

First Im a 6 year veteran with multiple deployments. Had a phone interview here with the IT department. During the interview one of the guys said "so when you were at your last job and did blah blah blah what exactly did you do?" I dont think you get it... he literally said blah blah blah when speaking about my career. Initial reaction: disrespectful. Dodged a bullet.

Very Horrible ! Staff just sit and talk instead of going their job. Unprofessional as hell. Sat in the room for an hour and NO one came in to see what I was there for. Once I walked out every staff member was sitting talking or on the computer. No one was being seen , everyone was waiting for hours after hours. Had to leave and go to memorial

My daughter had pediatric dental surgery about a year & a half ago. The entire process was wonderful. The pediatric staff was great with her and very comforting and the dental surgeon was very sweet & concerned. She made sure that I understood the process and how to care for my daughter afterwards. Awesome experience!

This place doesnt even deserve ONE star ! My wife went in with ear pain and they didnt even give her a pain killer. The nurses are standing around laughing. I had to ask for a blanket like 3 times. This place is a joke. I really hope it gets shut down.

Had procedure done, no follow up appt made, no call from physician, called ofc 3 months later was advised I would have to pay expensive co-pay just to get results. This was an x-ray procedure.
