I have a long haired, grey cat that sometimes gets poop stuck in his hair when he poops. So I asked this clinic if they can shave my cats butt which they have done before from a previous visit that took no longer then a few minutes. Found it odd that they told me to make an appointment to drop him off. Didnt think much of it, so I made an appointment at 9 in the morning a couple days later. I arrived at this clinic exactly on time and dropped him off. The receptionist told me it would only take a few hours and they should be done with him around noon, which I found even more odd when last time it took no longer then 3-5 minutes but again I didnt think much of it. I went home and returned only to find out that they havent even gotten to him. I asked why isnt my cat done when someone told me noon. They said that they would need to keep him over night and they wouldnt charge me. At this point I didnt care, I just wanted my cats butt shaved So I let them keep him for a night,free of charge. The next day I returned and they told me they had to sedate my cat in order to shave his butt because he was being difficult and that they were going to charge me for it. Im furious. I asked for my cat back. Paid for the fees and asked for the medical history for both my cats. For the most part it is my fault for not realizing that these people were trying to get money out of me (Seriously, the check up only consists of 20% the vet petting your animal and 80% the vet trying to sell you services like Blood and Urine testing. Food, and other products or services that had nothing to do with the reason I came in for the check up. Going on about how these tests might or might not determine what your pet might or might not have). They didnt need to sedate my cat because they didnt need to last time and they didnt need to keep him over night because I was one of the first appointments of that day JUST to shave a butt. I did not feel like this clinic cared about my animals well being, I felt like they cared more about how much money they can get from me.

I usually take my animals to the vet my parents and grandparents take their animals to, they are very good but also very expensive and have limited hours. When my lab mix started showing concerning symptoms on a Saturday night I decided to try to wait it out until my usual vet was open on Monday morning. However, when I saw my dog when I got home from work Sunday after noon I knew she needed to be seen immediately. I was able to walk in on a day they were fully booked, have blood work and x rays done, and had a diagnosis within a few hours. Let me tell you, the tech behind the counter deserves an award for putting up with a particular customer while I was in the waiting room. This woman was ignorant and disrespectful and the tech remained courteous, professional, and timely. Anyways, my girl is a ten year old lab mix and when I found out she needed surgery my heart sank. I could see a bill coming my way I could not afford and I thought I was going to lose her because I couldnt afford her care. However when I received the estimate I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to schedule her surgery the next day. I was an anxious mess, and they answered every one of my many questions patiently, and did everything they possibly could to make sure my furrbaby was comfortable through the whole surgery process. I thought for sure my baby wouldnt make it to the end of the week, but because of Dr. Dhillon and his awesome techs shes well on her way to recovery lounging in my living room. We will definitely be switching over to this clinic for all our pets. TL:DR Professional, patient, time efficient staff saved my pups life, and we will absolutely be going to them from now on.

I took my dog Blue to get his nails trimmed. Heard nothing but good things about this place until I experienced it in person. They took Blue in back for A quick trim. 3 minutes passed and I start hearing A dog basically screaming. I couldnt handle it anymore and I went in back and looked through the window. My dog was literally glued to the floor by 4 knees. Two on his back and two on his neck like A Fu***** criminal. The muzzle they had on my dog was so so so tight. Yes, Blue is A pit bull. No he is not aggressive what so ever! He is a fully trained 4yr old. Yes fully trained! I only got his nails cut for the convenience that it was literally right around the corner of my New house and I needed to get him registered to A vet. They didnt know I was watching this. When I banged on the door to let them know I was watching, their mouths dropped! The both of them started panicking saying this is how they do it and this is their procedure. This is the one time I didnt have my phone to take a video. I immediately grabbed poor Blue and took him to my car. Paid the people and left. I can tell my dog was terrified as I put him in the car. He immediately laid down which is not his usual excited car riding self. Please please please dont bring your animals here! If you do, ask to watch the whole time for any appointment!!! No I am not an old Employee, no I do not know someone who works here! My dog was treated badly!!!!!

First time we visited the clinic was after we moved in the area and we had an emergency with our dog who had an allergic reaction. I called the clinic since they were the nearest to where we live. I asked them if we can take the dog without an appointment and they said we can come at 5pm. To me it sounded like everything was arranged, but to my surprise when we got there they made us wait over hour and a half without even looking at our dog, and only when I yelled at them they finally called the doctor. Their excuse was “you dont have an appointment”. That might be the case, but they did give told be on the phone to come at 5! I was willing to forgive them this, because after all they did take us the same day with no appointment. The second time we took our dog there I called two days in advance and made an appointment, thinking this time everything would be smooth. I was very wrong! They made us wait again! After 45 minutes past the appointment time we had enough and since they couldnt tell us how much more we must wait we just left! Needless to say no apology was offered to us, only “the doctor will be with you shortly,” well 45 minutes is not exactly shortly. Well never visit that place again! They would say anything to get you there just to take your money, once youre there they will make you wait!

Dr Dhillon is a wonderful veterinarian and very caring! He remembered my dog coco after all these years and his staff was very accommodating in getting him in for an appointment right away. He discussed the treatment plan options very thoroughly and walked me through step by step what to do next for caring for my pet. He took his time explaining everything and brought out textbooks and illustrations so my family and I can easily understand and comprehend what he was saying. I highly recommend Dr. Dhillon! He is very experienced and I would trust him for your pets healthcare!
