Anyone who has an issue with Cary Grove Animal Hospital and the care they show the animals they treat, is a reflection on the person writing the review and NOT CGAH. There is no one I would trust more with fur babies than Dr. Fritz and his staff. Back in October, my dog had a seizure late one Saturday night and when I took him to the Emergency Hospital, they had suggested I put my dog down even though they werent sure of what was wrong with him. I sent a message to Dr. Fritz, hoping he would read it on Monday, to my surprise he read it on Sunday. After telling him what they said to me, I asked should I put my dog down, he just replied with two words...NOT YET. He told me he would call over to the Hospital and would get back to me. He did and three days later much to the surprise of everyone at the Emergency Hospital my dog came home. A month later, all his tests showed improvements and his liver which was failing him, turned out with medication, diet, prayers, and lots of attention and office visits, he made improvements. Dr. Fritzs staff called to see how he was doing if I had questions they got back to me. I see alot of reviews mentioning costs, while I understand times are hard, how can you put a price on making sure your pets are healthy and cared for? All the treatment plans were spelled out for me as well of the costs and I know for a fact he could have added things to the bill that other hospitals do but he didnt. Was it worth it? I just need to look at my babys face and say yes he is worth it! I was able to have him over the holidays and this month he and his brother will celebrate their 10th birthday. I know in my heart that wouldnt have been possible if not for the care, love, and support of Dr. Fritz and the staff at Cary Grove Animal Hospital.

I have to express my thanks and deepest gratitude to Cary Grove Animal Hospital. They are wonderful, truly caring people, and they really do care about your pet! I went there with no appointment and a dying 15 year old cat, and I was a complete mess. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and the nurse was so understanding. They said that the doctor was busy with 2 operations and I would need to come back in a few hours. I was ok with that, but then the nurse said he would see Kitty between the surgeries. The doctor came in almost immediately and was very understanding about my cats condition. He wasnt out to make a buck, he wanted what was best for my cat. I have never been to a vet clinic that was as loving and caring as this one. I would highly recommend them to anyone. People like this are hard to come by. Thank you Dr. Trybus and staff for making a very difficult time in my life a little easier. Bless you all.

If I could describe my experience with the Cary Grove Animal Hospital in one word, it would be HORRIBLE. They did not tell me the prices up front when asked. My dog had two shots with boosters and they told me it would be a one time price. SURPRISE it was a two time charge, of which I was not happy to learn. The prices for these tests are not correctly advertised either, I double checked. Also, my dog was seen twice by the Cary Grove Animal Hospital within a months time. One week later, I went to a new veterinarian and it was discovered my dog had an eye infection in both eyes and an ear infection in both ears. How did the Cary Grove Animal Hospital NOT catch this, I dont know. I would recommend you go elsewhere, I am beyond disappointed with this animal hospital.

Ive had great experiences here! Dr. Fritz has been a life saver for my pets! My dog started getting big bald spots that advanced into sores and he suggested dietary changes and temporary medication that completely rectified the situation. A while back one of my cats stopped moving his tail. He had a big open sore and wouldnt let me anywhere near his back end. When I brought him in, I thought his tail may need to be amputated. Fortunately Dr. Fritz was able to identify the problem, clean the infected tissue, and put him on the appropriate medication. His tail is back to normal and hes feeling great! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the care provided by Cary Grove Animal Hospital or about the genuine concern expressed by the staff.

My senior cat has been urinating out-of-the-litterbox for several years, and I dont even want to think about how much money Ive spent having him tested and ultrasounded with other vets. Dr. Trybus was the first vet who offered solutions, and today, this awful problem is rectified. The cat is happy and healthy, and I am too. My other animals have also received truly excellent and thoughtful care from Dr. Fritz and his staff. This is a fantastic clinic and I strongly recommend it. Important note - Cary Grove Animal Hospital is located *behind* the nearby VCA Noyes Animal Hospital - the two are NOT the same clinic.

Warm, friendly, inviting, and professional are just a few of the words to describe Cary Grove Animal Hospital. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, you know the doctors and staff are willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure that you and your pet are treated with the utmost level of care. My dog has seen both Dr. Quinn and Dr. Fritz, and each time they see Ruby she is treated like one of their own pets. You can tell both doctors have a true passion for their line of work. Cary Grove Animal Hospital is a fantastic place to take your beloved pets!!

A few months back I came home to find my cat cowering in a corner in a pool of urine. I had no idea what was wrong with him. It was 545 at the time, I thought everywhere would be closed. I called two other vets that were closed before calling Cary Grove Animal Hospital. They were open till 630 that night, but full on appointments. After hearing what my cat was doing they told me to come right in and theyll squeeze me in. They were able to get to me super quick and found out it was a UTI. Got him fixed up and was out the door with all the meds I needed really fast.

I brought my cat in for a surgical procedure, this was his first time ever coming to this office. The staff is extremely polite and caring. Dr. Fritz was just as wonderful, he took the time to explain everything to me. He was very patient and loving towards our cat. The staff was also very kind and caring towards my cat during his overnight stay. They took the time to call us and let us know how he was doing, not only after the surgery but later that night as well. Office was very clean and I highly recommend Cary Grove Animal Hospital. Great place!!!!!

Not sure why someone would write dont go there and not say why except their name is the same as the only other bad review. Dr. Fritz is excellent. I have had animals all my life and have seen numerous vets for both large and small animals. Dr. Fritz and his staff are attentive and sensitive to your pets needs. Most important of all, he is a great diagnostician and knowledgeable about current treatments. As a nurse, I know a good doctor when I see one. Your pets are in very good hands here.
