I highly recommend Animal Care Clinic in South Elgin. In my 40+ years of owning dogs and cats, Ive never experienced such outstanding care as Ive received from the staff at this clinic. This includes the veterinarians, the Vet assistants, staff at the front desk and groomers. Animal Care Clinic is amazing. They treat each animal as if it was one of their own. One of my rescue dogs, Annie, has extreme allergies and for 2 years, she was at the clinic at least once/week for allergy shots. You would think the clinic would be the last place she wanted to go to but she loved Tabbie, the person that gave her the shots. Tabbie was a pro at giving the shot and she always took the time to give Annie hugs and treats every time we were there. And when I took my recent rescue, Kira, there for the first time, the staff were so kind to her. She was in rough shape, with irritated skin and coat and scared of new surroundings. Within a couple of months, her coat was beautiful and she no longer had any fear of going there. Even cooperates when its bath time. Their prices are reasonable and they give a multiple pet discount. They are a full service clinic, that also provides boarding for your pets. And they are open on Sundays if you need to pick up your pet on that day. I cant say enough good things about them. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic if you want to receive the very best care, provided with love, for your fur babies!

We always get great care for our two dogs at Animal Care Clinic. We have an older Maltese who Dr. Adam correctly diagnosed with a low thyroid when other clinics had missed it. Once he was on the right medicine we saw him return to being a younger dog that went from sleeping all the time and not eating to acting like a puppy again. We are so happy for this. He is still going strong 3 years later!!! We also have a young Goldendoodle that had developed an infection from persistent itching caused by allergies. She had been on all sorts of meds and wed had to use the dreaded cone to keep her from itching. Dr. Adam immediately opted to try her on a new med called Apoquel. It has been amazing!!! She has not itched at all and has no side affects at all with this med. We always get follow calls after any visit and the staff and dr.s always take their time in making sure all of our concerns are met. GREAT CARE ALL AROUND. Thank you!!!!

I dont even know where to start! We are former Dundee Animal Hospital Patients. I wont make this about how disappointing that was. :-( My sister and My Pastor referred me to Animal Care Clinic when my anxiety rose. From the moment we walked in to Animal Care Clinic to get a second opinion on Baxters(Chocolate Lab) Leg we were hooked! EVERYONE that we have interacted with has been a joy to deal with! We see different doctors and each one is just as caring and kind as the last! His leg (ACL tear) is healed and he is doing well. They have given us remedies for his arthritis, and finally his skin allergies have been addressed in a way that works! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic! Thank you to everyone there for all they have done for Baxter! It is very much appreciated!!! We cant wait for you to meet our kitties!!!

I have never had a bad experience with this veterinary practice! In fact, I have had overwhelmingly positive experiences. The doctors are knowledgeable, personable, caring, and run on schedule better than anyplace Ive ever gone. Their prices are better than the place I was going before, as well--significantly. Ive recommended them to a number of friends, who have also had uniformly positive things to say about their experiences. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating. My dog loves going there. :-)

I cant say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Adam is an amazing vet who listens to pet owners, returns phone calls personally and incorporates standard veterinary medicine with holistic and preventative care. I have two furry dogs that are my kids....and Dr. Adam and staff take care of them as if they are their own. Tabby (vet tech) is especially caring and knowledgeable -- she is the best. The front desk staff, Linda and the rest of the staff are amazing, caring people. Thank you to all of them!

Animal Care Clinic - South Elgin is the best!! We have been going there for years and have always had great vet care. The vets have always been willing to work with us and are very caring and compassionate. Weve been through good times and bad and they have been very helpful.. Other family members are clients too and they love them also. The techs and office staff are always very friendly and supportive. Couldnt ask for a better place to care for your furry family members!

I have fostered more than 70 dogs and brought them to ACC through the rescue. I was so impressed with the vets there that I started bringing my personal pets there. I left my previous animal hospital of 30+ years and have never regretted it. Dr. Marissa and Dr. Adam are very caring and professional. The office staff is so friendly and the techs take such good care of the dogs. I cant thank them enough for all they do for the animals.

We have been going to Animal Care Clinic for several years and would never consider changing vets. Dr. Adam cares as much about our dogs as we do. He is always available to answer our questions and provides great care to our dogs when needed. We live in Crystal Lake and have plenty of vets in our area to choose from, but would never consider bringing our dogs to anyone other than Dr. Adam at Animal Care Clinic.

I would give this vet office 10 stars if it were an option! From the wonderful ladies up front, to the techs, to the vets. This practice is first class! Their knowledge and personal skills with pets, and people is second to none. I have had some very unusual circumstances with my dogs, and all have been handled with grace and professionalism. As long as I own pets, I will be bringing them to this practice :)

I cant say enough about the quality of care my 4 dogs receive at animal care clinic! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the veterinarians have a lot of knowledge, care and concern for my pups. My dogs are at different stages in life. I never feel dismissed or rushed when I am there. We are fortunate to have them taking care of them. If they could talk they would tell you the same thing!

Dr. Adam and his team are the best. We have two dogs that we bring there for anything from regular annual check ups to surgeries and they always take great care of our dogs. He always take the time to make sure we understand everything instead of rushing you out the door like other vets Ive been to like to do. Both of our dogs are so comfortable going there and seeing him.

Our cat is 16+ years old and is now suffering from kidney problems. Weve had three or four different vets over the years but the doctors and staff at the Animal Care Clinic are by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Theyre also consistently kind and genuinely humane. We have no doubts whatsoever that the care our cat is receiving is the best he can get.
