I will never ever go back! I called them in advance to let them know that my dog was in labor for over 24 hours after already delivering 3 puppies. They told me to bring her right in. I got there, and there was only 1 person in the waiting room. After waiting and waiting, a tech finally came out and took her for an xray. They brought her right back out to me. Over an hour later they then said, we want an ultrasound. They then kept her in the back. Still no word from anyone except there was 2 dead puppies. Again I waited, total wait time is over 2 1/2 hours now. I finally see the vet and he said she needs am emergency c- section. Some emergency at almost 3 hours! Then they tell me that it would be 2,000 to 2,500! And it had to be paid today!!!! They told me that I need to call friends and family or they wont help her! I was so livid at this point. Finally someone came in and said to take her to a different hospital, they have me a number and said to call and they would be back in a couple of minutes! Well 32 mins later they finally came back! Mind you they have my dog!!!!! I did call Randall Road animal hospital and they quoted me $967!! They finally brought my dog to me only after paying 200 for 1 xray! I went to the other hospital and they were waiting for her with open arms! I was in and out of there in less then 1 1/2 hours with my dog and a brand new live puppy!!!!!! I would never take a animal there unless you enjoy paying through your nose, getting nothing in return and waiting a total of 3 hours 45 minutes!!!!! Horrible horrible experience!! I will be reporting to the BBB as well!

I found the tech and Dr to be quite warm, compassionate and pleasant. I had brought my cat in due to sudden paralysis. I called ahead of course, when I arrived the tech was called and asked if she could see him, I showed her and then she asked if she could take him to be assessed. I have read all the reviews. The good and the bad, Ive nothing bad to say about how they handled my cat. Who meant the world to me. Once assessed, she came out and offered to bring my cat to me or put us in a room. I knew what was coming so I asked for the privacy of a room. The Dr. was a bit busy but they checked on us and kept us informed. She arrived and told me the findings. Needless to say, I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 12 yrs, they took care of him, lovingly carried him away. They gave us time to collect ourselves. They even notified my vet. The only thing I can say is, to reception, while a pet parent is distraught please be a bit more compassionate and patient, try not to push a bunch of information on them. I still have no idea what i read and signed. I was talking with the tech and you were pushing some laminated sheet at me. Ask if they are able to proceed with registration, or if there is someone with them that can begin it. Just like a human hospital. Same exact thing. The Dr and tech that I dealt with A+++ I hope that I never need emergency services for my future pet, but in the event I do this is the place Ill go. Thank you for your kindness, warmth and understanding with Milo. You were wonderful. Michelle K.

Brought my dog here two days ago, they x-rayed and examined her. Vet told us she thought it was a sprain or a pulled muscle, gave pain meds there and sent us home with some. Three hours later dog is still in pain and getting worse, so we go back. Waited in the waiting room over 4 hours, the entire time our poor dog is crying loud enough that other customers were asking for our dog to be seen. No other animals in waiting room. Finally see a different vet, same conclusion gives more pain medicine and we go home. Now two days later my dog has bloody diarrhea, I call them and they say she should come in immediately. I mention that Ive already paid hundreds of dollars, and my dog is sicker than when this started, would I be able to pay tomorrow. They told me to call relatives and ask for money. Seriously?? And was also told, this is a new problem so all previous services arent relevant. Its the same thing. The dog hasnt moved, literally carried her out of the car inside the house, she laid around the house, shes done nothing else. How could it not be related? Will never return here. Hope my dog makes it through the night.

I wanted to say a big thank you to your staff. On Sunday morning our westie/terrier mix was attacked by another dog. He was torn up pretty bad for going up to say "hello" as the dog walked past our house. My husband was outside with him and rushed to get him to your ER. My daughters were hysterically crying and we were all upset at his injuries. Your staff from the first moment we walked in for help was kind, professional, and quick to take action. 40 staples later our little guy is home resting. I cant express my gratitude enough at how caring this staff was to my husband (who is normally a rock was pretty shaken up) my daughters (who asked a million questions of wanting to see their dog) and myself that started crying upon seeing how severe his injuries were but also so grateful that what could have been worse were not due to the fast actions and training of your staff. Thank you for taking care of our Davey as if he were your own pet. To our family it meant the world. Bless all of you for the work you do. The Conboy Family

I have never dealt with nicer people. They were so friendly and comforting for myself and my dog in a time of worry and panic. I had to make two visits in a week and they were so quick to get me in both times. I have never been more impressed with how patient the actual vets were to talk me through everything and make sure I understood everything thoroughly (and not just disappearing and sending in a tech/assistant). The specialist I had to see the second day (who works by appointment only) even took time out of the middle of his day to return my phone call personally (within hours of me calling) to answer a question I had about types of dog food. The entire staff have a true passion for helping animals. Ive been there with a different pet as well and the experience then was the same.

I never write reviews, but I feel as if we had such a great experience here that I have to! We have been trying to figure out what is wrong with our dog for the past year. Our regular vet kept assuming allergies and giving us different medications to try. Very frustrating! But after spending a couple of hours at CASE on Sunday night, because of our dogs alarming symptoms, we immediately got results as a diagnosis of Addisons disease. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding , and the facility was very clean and welcoming. Sure it was expensive because it is an animal hospital, but we feel so relieved knowing how to help our young dog and felt very comfortable leaving him at CASE overnight with the kind staff. Highly recommended! Thank you!!
