Ive had a problem with my shoulder since high school. Never once have I tried chiropractic work to fix it. I’ve done physical therapy, exercises/stretches, yoga - everything just felt like I was working around the problem. In the first session here, Dr. Hartley used a scanner to take readings of my back to see what was going on. Apparently a rib had slipped out of place, and so he did some work on that and let me go. Its 24 hours later, and my range of motion has increased. The pain has decreased by half. Rotating my arm no longer causes painful bone-on-bone scraping. And the unbearable feeling of having to stretch but never being able to stretch enough is practically gone. We have another appointment soon. I know Im not completely fixed and more work needs to be done, but it’s a dramatic improvement. I was sinking into the belief that I would have to live with this forever. Now Im starting to imagine a day when this doesnt bother me at all.

Back To Basics have helped me get through at least 5 marathons. They have helped me with a series of issues, such as calf and IT band issues. The staff are all very courteous and scheduling an appointment is very easy.
