I was given the wrong address by the person who signed me up. The person who signed me up gave me a really hard sell and that was a turn off but I was needing a full service practice in my neighborhood so I went forward. After arriving 15 minutes early ( to fill out paperwork that I was unable to find at home) paying for parking, walking in the rain and then figuring out the problem and getting back in the car to arrive still two minutes early, I was told that because I did not bring my paperwork that they might not end up be able to see me before they close at 6. An hour later! I told Greg, (introduced without a title) that if that was the case that I would have to reschedule altogether because I was paying for a babysitter. He said "Okay lets reschedule you then." No offer to try to make it work or expression of concern for the inconvenience. Even after I explained that I had arrived early and that the error was made by the salesperson, there was no offer to make it work. This person must not understand how hard it is for parents to juggle schedules, sitting etc...in order to manage their health care. So, I did not reschedule. I told them that This was a poor first impression and that I have recently turned 50 and that I learned that things seldom ever get better than the first impression. They looked at me with utterly blank faces. No response. No apology. Nothing. So I will take my long-term chiropractic care needs to a practice that can at least pretend to care. If I am just a dollar sign with kegs, at least have the people skills to fake that you are about healing. Additionally the room is incredibly crowded with equipment way too close together. It felt more like a sheep sheering shed than an place of healing.

They treated me like I was less than human because I admitted that I am struggling financially! I came in with a coupon, maybe that was my first mistake. Let me say that everyone here was friendly in the way that someone who knows they are running some sort of scam seem to be. Have you ever experienced that sort of lack of sincerity? "Subluxation™ is a disease you definitely have and we need you to understand they we must get deep into your pockets in order to provide any sort of care for you." Let me get to my point, which is how I was treated. I came in with a coupon which the staff did not seem too happy about. After trying to talk me into using a referral program instead (a much more shallow discount I might say) they then asked me some questions about my financial situation, after learning I have just started a new job and that I have financial difficulties they recommend that I come back in a few weeks when things are more stable for me. Care, what a lie! I show up to your practice because I am in pain and my as unstable as my financial situation might be its not equal to the instability of my condition! I was not offered and sort of relief or care I was simply turned away. Their excuse was that radiation from an x-ray could possibly​ do more harm if I did not continue treatment. Cmon , really. How can you be so concerned about my ability to pay instead of my right to feeling relief of pain? That is why I came to this practice is it not. I will never return here. And if you are any sort of person who rightly treats people instead of checking accounts neither will you.

This place violated HIPAA and STOLE MONEY from my bank account. They are super scammy. Their chiropractic care is fine, but if you miss appointments for totally legitimate reasons they will start to harass you under the guise that its all about your health and not losing the progress youve made, but in reality its 100% about the money they get from your insurance. This place harassed me when I went out of town and then had surgery and legitimately COULDNT come in. When I did finally make it in to see them the chiropractor refused to adjust me until after he could "talk to me privately about my care". I had waited for a half an hour and I needed to leave. I asked to be adjusted before I left and they refused. Lets be real, after the voicemails that I received, I knew what he wanted to talk to me privately about. He wanted to make me feel guilty and ashamed about not coming in. That is not something Im okay with. A week or so after I stopped going in all together I checked my bank account and found that they had charged me without my permission. They charged me almost $200 for services that I never received because I was unable to go. I am currently in a financial dispute with them to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CARE! They DONT care about you. They only want your money!

This place is a complete scam. They told me I was covered with my insurance and then I got a bill six months later for $500! Save your money and your back and do some yoga. Youll have piece of mind too.
