Dr. Duke is a fantastic physician and aside from the family atmosphere he creates in his office, I would say the over-all outstanding thing about him is that he truly cares about the people he sees. As a performer & teacher I have a very demanding schedule; with physical and also emotional stresses that attack my body regularly. Before seeing Dr. Duke, I used to get migraine headaches regularly from my neck pain. And now, my migraines have been long-gone for months! Recently, I had an accident/injury involving my core & lower back- and in addition to being willing to see me everyday (for extended periods of time), he even spent over an hour one Saturday discussing where I was at in my recovery process with my husband and I, and even took the time to teach my husband how to help me at home with some physical exercises that would help me recover. He also texted us, checking up over off days to be sure we didnt need anything. It was all because he cares. Dr. Duke not only helps you recognize issues that your body may have, but he also listens very attentively to your concerns. And then he works with you, to help you recover, and retain optimal functionality-and overall health. I have no problem recommending Dr. Duke to all of my friends and family and do so regularly- this really is the best place in town to get your spine -and entire body- aligned - with someone who truly cares about your health and quality of life. He saved me! So Thankful to have found him. I met Dr. Duke, through a referral from my good friend, the owner of Zip N FIT. Ive had double ACL surgery and had been experiencing some intense pain. I was trying to get back into fitness, she thought he could help me with Active release techniques. Now, of course I didnt go see him right away. It wasnt until I had this debilitating pain down from my knee to the base of my ankle, that literally stopped me in my tracks. I grew extremely concerned because after you have knee injuries and surgery you pretty much experience all sorts of pain and I had NEVER EVER experienced this type of pain. It was excruciating pain to step, and even just to turn in bed. I thought it was bone cancer or something crazy .I went to my emergency care, they took x-rays of my knees and were clueless....Thats when I knew I needed to see what he was all about... I was highly impressed with his diagnostic equipment! His scales, scans, illustrate, simulate what is wrong down from your feet to your skeletal structure, and he confirms all of it with actual x-rays. The problem was in my hips 11 mm higher and rotating causing my skeletal structure to just be all sorts of twisted and turned. I was just amazed, Im seeing him twice a week and plan to continue to see him after the corrective sessions forever! AND Im referring him to everyone I know that can use his help.

This was the first time I have ever been to a chiropractor, and I was nervous, but also desperate. One morning I woke up with neck pain, and it worsened over the next couple of weeks. I tried yoga, but then one morning, I could not move my head at all. It persisted for a day. So, I called Dr. Ben, and he was able to see me quickly. When I told him what was wrong, he examined me and said one of my ribs on the left side toward my shoulders had shifted, straining a vertebra and causing friction, which caused pain and prompted my muscles to seize up. Those muscles run up to my neck, and thats why I couldnt turn my head. This seemed plausible to me, because I broke my left arm last summer, and this rib would have possibly shifted, either from the initial impact or just from wearing a heavy cast for months and my body alignment having drifted. It took months for this injury to manifest, but it did. Dr. Ben explained my injury and the adjustments he would make. He told me what to expect, so I would relax during the procedure. Then the adjustments were done quickly, exactly as hed described, and I felt immediate relief from the pain. I came back the next day and saw an improvement. Then I came back a week later, and I felt good as new. I would highly recommend him. Dr. Ben is a credit to his profession.

My family has been patients of Dr. Ben for 3 years now, and I cannot begin to tell you the difference he has made in improving our quality of life. I started going to him because I had lower back surgery and was still having residual issues even after physical therapy. Through Dr. Ben’s treatments, (which were totally different than therapy) I started seeing immediate results and to this day, I am still pain free, I have more range of motion in my back and neck, and playing golf like I was before the surgery. My daughter who was 9 years old at the time we started seeing Dr. Ben, has food allergies, and without Dr. Ben’s help we would not have known what the issues were. He referred us to a nutritionist who found out what she was allergic to without the traditional blood tests for allergies, and today between her Chiropractic adjustments, and avoiding the foods that she is allergic to she is much better. So thank you Dr. Ben. Dr. Ben just does not treat adults; he treats people of all ages. So to the skeptics out there…. Go see Dr. Ben, because Chiropractic care works!!

The big friendly giant. He make look intimidating but hes a genuine guy. Dr.Ben Duke is a very personable, knowledgable, and meticulous in his work. I am 23 and have mild scoliosis. I started my treatment in august 2016-current. With every coming visits I feel more alive and intune with my body, which is most important for somebody as young and active as me and does who does not want future health problems. Dr. Ben Duke outside of his chiropractic expertise makes each encounter personal and pleasent as the next. Getting adjusted helps me look forward to that special something after a long day of work. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean facility and state of the art technology. Dr.Ben Duke will change any misconceptions of chiropractic care. Every chiropractors should aspire to have this level of service. 10/10 Would definitely recommend to friend and family. Keep up the good work Elite Wellness Center!

I am a dentist. My posture when I work is not ideal. I am always looking down with my neck in a forward position and my shoulders are slouched over. I also lean forward which has now caused me to have lower back issues. These aches have accumulated through out the years and have become very annoying. I went to Dr Ben Duke at Elite Wellness Center Chiropractic and had a very thorough exam and education about my issues. More importantly, why I was having these issues and how to be more proactive in preventing these problems. Dr Duke set me up with a program and after a few treatments I felt fantastic!!! Marianne is amazing with insurance coverage but more importantly she is very friendly and is always smiling. A very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I will be going there regularly from now on. Upon my first visit to Elite Wellness Center in Wilmette, I was exceptionally impressed with Dr. Dukes state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and protocols. Being able to see the root cause of my spinal anomalies on a large digital screen allowed me to clearly understand why I was experiencing various throbbing pain sensations throughout my body. Dr. Duke patiently explained what was required to help reverse the situation and I felt very confident with Dr. Dukes proven chiropractic and naturopathic skills to help alleviate my condition without surgery and/or unnecessary pain medications. Dr. Dukes array of chiropractic tools are very sophisticated and evolved, and he is extremely vigilant and gentle with every adjustment. After 6 weeks of treatment to date, I can safely say that Dr. Duke is a pioneer in the field of chiropractic care.
