Lack in customer service, the doctor was even rude. All staff looked at me with attitude when I came in with IL medicaid insurance but once I said I would be buying glasses cash they all made a 360 and were super friendly which is complete bull!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was so embarrassed that my 6 yr old daughter felt bad for the way they were all giving me attitude. Its not right when your daughter notices the bad treatment. Thats how you know is not a good environment!

The staff is rude and confrontational. They lie and tell you that they will order you a new pair of glasses/frames, but give you the used scratched one that are on display. The doctor is the manager and has no customer service skills whatsoever! The worse $400 spent on a pair of scratched and used frames that she would not exchange or accommodate any form of credit arrangement. Terrible service would highly recommend that you visit other opticals and never step foot in this one.

If I could give zero stars I would! They were very rude to my boyfriend and tried to sneak tons of upsells past them even though he told them he wanted to stick to what the insurance would cover. Terrible customer service skills, even the Doctor! They took out his contacts for the exam, dilated his eyes then told him to go pick out new glasses..... HE CANT SEE! Save your time and DO NO GO HERE!

I have no idea why the below people rated this place 1 star. Maybe that was the old staff and management? Every time I have visited this place the staff and doctor were very friendly, helpful, and fast. Especially Guillermo who works at the front desk.

Americas best is much better! Horrible customer service! This people had like 2 people waiting for ever. They are super slow and lack customer service skills. People dont waste your time with this people. Its our first and last time we come here.

I have bought all my glasses from here ever since my first trip and loving every moment of it. No complaints! Just good glasses great people in and out in like... 10, 20 min tops!! Its great!
