I visited Eyeclectic for the first time about a week and a half ago. They got me in for an appointment same day (Ive never had that happen with previous eye doctors, and Ive been going to eye doctors for at least 20 years). Everything was effortless... by far the best experience Ive ever had. Dr. Knouff is really nice, and I genuinely felt like her priority was my well-being and my satisfaction with the experience (as compared to previous experiences where Im penciled in a week out, only to wait 30 minutes in a waiting room past when my appointment was scheduled, then rushed through the process and prescribed whatever drug the doctor is currently receiving the most commission for prescribing). Typically, going to doctors is stressful for me because I feel like I have to ask a lot of questions to avoid getting screwed into unnecessary charges that insurance doesnt cover, being prescribed brand name drugs when there are generics available, etc. In the end, Id be lucky to have received anything but vague/confusing answers and bills that leave me wondering if my eyes are more important than my kidney. This visit specifically was due to an irritation under my eyelids caused by my contacts. It happened once before about 2 years ago and the doctor prescribed me a $200+ 5ml bottle of brand-name drops. Dr. Knouff at Eyeclectic prescribed essentially the same thing, but the version that cost me less than $10, and is apparently more potent as well. Oh, and theyre open for appointments on Saturdays. You cant beat that.

I dont think Ive ever come home from an eye exam saying, "I loved everything about it" before. Usually its a chore, but Eyecletic was different. When you walk in, the decor is very cozy and sophisticated -- not like an optometrists office at all. The staff are very nice, and the latest technology they use is amazing. Dr. Knouff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to have a nice conversation not centered around vision in addition to addressing all of my questions and concerns. I didnt have to wait forever, like I have at other offices, and didnt feel rushed. While I found glasses that I love, I do wish the selection was wider and that there were some more affordable options. (Or maybe I just have expensive taste and didnt pull any of the less expensive options.) Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will be back again!

Amazing!! I have TERRIBLE vision and thus try to avoid the eye doctor at all cost. However, Eyeclectic inst your every day run-of-the-mill eye doctor... The staff makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door and through out the entire appointment. Once you get back to the room you know you are in good hands because of the state of the art equipment that they use. YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO GET YOUR EYES DILATED!! When the doctor came into the room it was VERY clear she knew what she was doing and talked me through each step she was taking during the exam. To top everything off they had an incredible selection of glasses to choose from and not just your everyday RayBans. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Eyeclectic to anyone.

I think this team represents the next generation of eye care - I really do. From allowing ourselves to schedule online to using systems that tie in with other medical professionals to automated texts - no phone calls necessary - I just loved it. In the office, offering Keurig coffee and water while I browsed really great frames was a welcome change, and the staff themselves were lovely. I know I am in great hands with Dr. Knouff and her team. Her optometrist took the time to really get to know my schedule and how I will use my lenses to recommend the right approach - and I am invited back with no hassles to adjust after they break in if needed! Breath of fresh air. Definitely go visit.

The clinic is bright, open, clean and inviting. The staff greats you upon your arrival. You are never made to wait for very long. The technicians are friendly, reassuring, and professional. Every piece of equipment is sanitized before being used. You can avoid dilation (at a cost), but it is completely worth it. Your day is not interrupted, nor affected, unlike before. Andrea is very knowledgeable, professional, and sweet. Mike is always pleasant, helpful, and has excellent customer service skills and attitude. He will follow up and help you with your contacts and/or glasses. Ive been visiting since their inception and glad I made the switch.

I had a great experience here, both with the eye exam and with finding a pair of eyeglasses. After breaking my only pair of glasses, I called several optometrists, and this place was the first to call me back. They scheduled me in for the following day. The doctor, Dr. Andrea Knouff, was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. She actually took the time to teach me the basic biophysics of the eye, since I was curious, as well as show me a 3-D interactive image of my retina which they took using recently developed imaging technology. Not only that, but their frames are cute. By far the best experience Ive ever had at an optometrist.

The best doctors visit Ive had by far! I was searching for a nearby eye doctor online -- the website was great, I loved being able to schedule an appointment online/by email, and they even sent text reminders they day before my appointment. The office staff was friendly and when there were some issues with finding my insurance, they were so helpful in getting everything figured out. The actual eye exam was great -- Dr. Knouff was very thorough and made sure I had exactly the right prescription and was happy with my brand of contacts. I would highly recommend Eyeclectic to anyone!

A trip that was really just a fact finding mission started by my insurance coverage turned into an eye exam and new prescription sunglasses - all within 35 minutes. I dont expect for it to be that easy most times, but for someone who has been going to various eye doctors and eyewear locations for years, Im finally convinced that Eyeclectic is my go to vision center. Great service, great equipment (who knew you didnt have to get your eyes dilated?!?), and diagnoses that you can bank on. Plus, the eyewear is top notch. I now can claim that I have an eye doctor of my own...

Hello interwebs! I cant say enough about how amazing my experience was with Eyeclectic. Dr. Andrea Knouff and her staff are top notch pros! Ascetically and professionally. The gear is also amazing and highly accurate - felt like I was on the Starship Enterprise! I was horribly miss-treated at Americas Best in the Howell Mill shopping center. The doctor was bumbling fool. I was referred to Dr. Knouff by a specialist who also raved about Eyeclectic. My eyes were diagnosed and treated and I was back in the game within a week. Thank you so much Eyeclectic!

Ive never been treated so well at a business before!! Everyone at Eyeclectic exceeded my expectations! The whole process was easy and comfortable. Dr. Nguyen is very professional, personable, and thorough. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain the health of my eyes. Usually I hate picking out frames, because I dont know where to start. However, Sean was awesome and helped by explaining a frame size that would fit appropriately. He showed me all the color options of the frame I selected and had the finished pair ready in 5 minutes!!
