WOW is the best word for it. I had my initial consult and cleaning today. I was very happy with the results. The BEST cleaning I ever had without a doubt. My hygienists name is Vanessa. She definitely knows her stuff. She is a mind-reader and is a step ahead -- really. I felt that I was in the best of hands. She may be a dentist, come to think of it. She certainly sounds like she is knowledgeable and is above the "average" hygienist in education and experience. At first if felt I was a subject in a study. There was so much personalized care. They documented and kept records of every dental care I ever had. Then there was the gum exploration to make sure I was healthy. Mouth cancer evaluation, etc. Just really great personalized care. State-of-the-art equipment -- all very interesting. They let me use a disposable tooth brush that already had dental paste in it, can you believe it? The fluoride rinse was a weird psychedelic foam. I felt special. Everything was so cutting edge. No one has taken that much time and its all about trusting your dentist. Because they made me feel I matter that much, I should trust them with any other work. I will definitely return for future cleanings and dental work. I also learned a few good tricks to continue to take the best care of my teeth + gum, implants, etc. It took me awhile to research the web and find this practice and I am glad I did. Now I know what my car feels like when it goes through the most complete automatic car wash. Such clean feeling. I am never going to eat again! Well, maybe cheesecake...

Well Ive dealt with bad breath, loose and painful teeth, gum disease for about most of my adult life. Meaning about 40 pulse years. Well that all changed when I walked into Smiles of Orland after being recommended by a friend and a staff member. On day 1 I was relieved of major tooth pain that I have been dealing with for years. At the end of that visit a plane was set to help with the rest of my issues and Smiles of Orland did not waste any time on making sure we were all on the same page of future work i would need. The entire staff are so awesome. I am recommending any and all with any type of dental issues to not hesitate on calling or stopping in to talk to the staff at Smiles of Orland. When you walk through their doors you can feel that you and your Family can trust them with any dental issues your Family may have. So please dont take my word for it give them a call I do believe you will not be disappointed. I can gladly say in less then a year of their awesome services all my pains and discomforts of all my issues are now gone. We are not completely done yet. Vanessa and Liz are rock stars! Havent had good experiences with other dentist offices in the past and came across smiles of orland park. Had to have a baby tooth pulled as it had gotten infected and an adult tooth never came in. Scared to death about having it pulled. Liz was so sweet and held my hand she talked to me the whole time of everything that was going on. But it ended up not be terrifying at all. Figured I was going to feel everthing but Dr Marshall used the wand which is the best thing ever to numb my mouth no scary needles like I have had in past. Vanessa does an amazing job when it comes to cleaning teeth she is by far my favorite dental hygienist I have ever had. I live in Crown Point Indiana which is almost an hour away and it is so worth the drive. Thank you Smiles of Orland Park for making me enjoy and not being terrified of coming to the dentist office.

People always hated going to the dentist when they were younger, but I never did thanks to Dr.Bob and all of his staff!!! EVERYONE who works here is super nice and really cares about their patients. Teri and Vanessa worked with me today and they are simply the best, and my teeth looked awesome after getting my cleaning! I got my braces from Dr.Bob, and he worked wonders! I had to get surgery with my k nines and he fixed my teeth in a way that no other dentist could. I love my smile, thanks to everyone who works here!!! I HIGHLY recommend going here, my family and I have been going heres ever since I was little, and even before then. You wont find another dentist and staff like those at Smiles!!!!

I initially went to Smiles of Orland Park after I learned that Dr. Marshall does implants himself, rather than referring his patients to a periodontist or oral surgeon. I liked the idea of having one doctor do both the implant and the crown. Dr. Marshall explains the steps of what hes doing while working on my teeth, and his procedures are relatively painless. His hygienist, Vanessa, is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I know how to take care of my teeth and gums. Ive seldom had to wait when I arrive at the office, and everyone is friendly, courteous, and fun. I enjoy visiting and catching up with Dr. Marshalls assistant, Liz, and the rest of the staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bob for over 25 years. My kids started going to him once they had teeth simply to have him count their teeth. Two years ago it was time to decide on an orthodontist. I shopped around because I was not sure I wanted the dentist and ortho to be the same but eventually I went with Dr. Bob. I am so happy I did. Not only has he done a great job with the orthodontic portion but because he is also their dentist we handle problems immediately that may arise. He has been very gracious to my son who has broken several brackets. Dr. Bob and the entire staff have been wonderful to us. I highly recommend them.

I love Smiles of Orland Park. My family and I have been keeping our smile in perfect condition thanks to Dr. Marshalls expertise. The staff is so friendly and professional. Vanessa who cleans my teeth, Liz who assists Dr. Marshall, and Emily who answers my thousand billing questions rock!! I am particularly impressed how the offices technology has evolved where I can recent electronic notification of my appointments to sync with my calendar. Smiles of Orland Park is everything. Im under the impression; people dont normally walk out of the dentists office laughing and high fiving the hygienists. Ive never experienced a more pleasant doctors visit in my entire life. Beautiful office, incredibly kind and gentle hygienists, Dr. Marshall is extremely professional but more importantly, personable and patient cosmetic dentist. Ive been going to Dr. Bob for many years. Ive been very happy with my care. The staff is always so pleasant and professional. They truly make going to the dentist a positive experience.
