My entire family has been going to East Hills Dental for years. We have had a lot of work done there and have always loved the doctors. Unfortunately your business is made or broken on your front office staff. We had an incident of disrespect a couple of years ago over a balance that we had. That was cleared up and an apology given. We continued the relationship and had much done. We now have a balance and my wife has a severe problem. She was told to go to the Waverly office, and they would work her in. After taking her whole morning to go to this appoint that they set for her, they denied seeing her due to a balance. I understand the position. It could have been handled much more professionally by both Rhonda in the Waverly office and Donna in the Dickson office. Both very condescending. We will pay our balance to this former dentist in due time. I will not have my wife treated in this manner. I wish there was something lower than a one star rating for these two "ladies" that gave us the run around only to then show us disrespect.

Need a refund four denture repair. You guaranteed forEVER in 2006 best I remember. Didnt want to spend OR need to spend $2200.00 but you insisted I would never regret. Well regret is beginning to sit in. Gaylon I have many friends in Dickson, dont disappoint them or me, do the right thing, refund my repair cost to Castle Dental in Nashville where I now live, $151.00 Joe Burns 3800 Sam Honey Dr.apartment 309 Mashville, Tn, 37211. I have COPD, cannot get to Dickson. Thanks

This is a wonderful place. The staff are friendly and worked with my difficult schedule to get work done on my teeth. The dentist is thorough and is very concerned with your comfort while completing work.
