Extremely satisfied after many routine checks, shots, surgeries and specialist referrals etc. Weve entrusted Dr. Rirodan with the health of 3 cocker spaniels over the past 24 years. I particularly appreciate the sensible business approach taken at his practice. Doc will always tell you the cost of a procedure and will provide various options for treatment. Dr. Rirodan is fairly priced and sincerely has a the well being of you dog in his heart. Dr.Rirodan is a perfectionist and if theres care needed that exceeds his expertise, he doesnt hesitate to recommend an appropriate specialist. We truly appreciate the quality of care provided to our dogs by Dr. Riordan.

Ive been a pet father customer for 2 years and being a chihuahua lover many vets prefer larger breeds and here they understand small using childrens sized needles for blood draws etc. I just wish they had a few half days on the weekends sadly they are closed on weekends yes vets deserve weekends off.The Drs are kind and efficient and my family of hooligans seems to enjoy them its not a bad experience going for shots and a yearly checkup. I usually go through a few vets before settling on the right one but my entire extended family take their fury kids There as well. Its easy to find with good parking.

For 14 1/2 years, Doctor Riordan and his staff treated Bailey. We called Doctor Riordan the "dog whisperer" due to his calming influence on our rambunctious, fun-loving, silly labrador retriever. She got herself into more than one predicament over the years, but she was never lost her trust in Palatine Animal Hospital. They were kind, friendly, firm and loving; she felt that as did we. Trust. We trusted them. Bailey trusted them. And when we finally had to let her go, they were compassionate and caring. We couldnt have had a better experience. Highly, highly recommended.

My pets have been receiving excellent care from Palatine Animal Hospital since I moved to Palatine in 1998. Drs. Riordan and Luttrell and their staff are always compassionate and attentive to my concerns. During examinations they are patient and gentle with my pets and have never given me any less than their full attention. Despite being blind, deaf and having other health issues, one of my cats lived to age 20 under their care. Another lived to be 19. I attribute this to their superior skills and their proactive approach. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I would like to thank the Doctor and the Nurses here at Palatine Animal Hospital for taking such good care of Paris Serowka,my name is Cathy Im Crystals Mom and I cant believe how much life Paris has in her now She wants to play all the time and is eating good she is back to her normal self,Thank you all SO much,She is doing very good, just wanted you to know again Im so grateful and I know Paris is too!!! Dr. Riordan & the staff at Palatine Animal Hospital are wonderful. They were always there for us & our beloved dog! When our pet needed very specialized care Dr. Riordan helped us get it. He always followed up with the doctors who were assisting our dog. And he always kept in touch with us. I can not say enough good things about Palatine Animal Hospital. I do know that when my husband & I are ready for a "new" puppy he/she will be going to see Dr. Riordan & his staff.

I count on Palatine Animal Hospital to take care of my dog Buddy. Whether it is a simple checkup a teeth cleaning. The front desk is really friendly and helpful and the Vets, Vet Techs, and assistance are good with Buddy and have empathy for the owners. They are very clear at explaining any issues that they saw and lett you know what they think the best course is. The office is very clean which makes you feel better also. Chris

Weve been going to Palatine Animal Hospital for over 20 years. All the staff are helpful and friendly. At all times the veterinarians are professional, concerned and compassionate with our cats. They keep us informed as to test results and communicate well as to upcoming examinations. They work hard to ensure our pets are at an optimal level of health. We highly recommend them as a patient-focused organization.

I have been taking my dogs here since they were puppies over 10 years ago. I have never had a negative experience or found myself skeptical of any diagnosis or proposed treatment. Simply put, they are professionals who can be trusted to care for your pets. The only reason this is not a 5 star review might be down to me being old and cheap(!), but their prices seem high compared to what I was paying in the city.

I started taking my cat yodi to the palatine animal hospital after learning that my cat has kidney disease at first it was just learn about how to give my cat fluids which I never was able to master. I had the pleasure of working with the staff who who are really the nicest group of people you would want to work with. I highly recommend Palatine animal hospital they really do care about your pet.

AMAZING! I dropped my cat off there for an extended period and they treated him so well. I think he wanted to stay. He got loads of attention and when I picked him up he looked healthy and happy and very well groomed. Thumbs up to you. I will be back again and again! Ive seen all the doctors over the years and they are all professional and treat my dogs with the utmost care and kindness. Staff and doctors are friendly and always helpful. Our girls are older and they take great care with them during shots and exams. Dr. Riordan always listens and is caring. I like being able to order meds via email vs phone tag or waiting until office hours. I send an email with list of what is needed and they email when ready to pick-up. Easy.
