There are really no words to describe my visit. I havent encountered such loving, caring and friendly people in a long time. I was nervous (and crying) and my dog was nervous. They assured me everything would be fine and it was. Everyone is so nice and helpful. All of my fears were over by the time I left. Jenna, who was our groomer, did an excellent job. Dr. Crum was gentle and answered all of my questions. Made a follow-up phone call with the results of the tests. My Mr. Peebody was in good hands. I am struck by how happy these people are. They love animals & humans! Last but not least, had it not been for Jonna, the lovely woman who answered my initial phone call, I wouldnt have taked my dog there. She was so kind and helpful. What a wonderful first impression. My new friend Carrie Martin is awesome! It was a wonderful experience. Such happy happy people. Thank you all so much!

Very happy with Eastside, they were very thorough with our dogs exam and pointed out things our other vet had never noticed, or bothered to say anything about. We also felt that they really took a very good amount of time with us to address our dogs issues, they did not make us feel rushed at all. The waiting area was clean and well kept and the front area staff was very welcoming and super friendly!! The actual vet that we saw, was really great as well. We will be back for sure! We really like the fact that they offer at home services for existing clients as well, Im looking forward to becoming a "existing client" so we can take advantage of that service. When you have large breed dogs like we do, this is a huge benefit!

We will always come to Eastside. Three years ago, our two year old Dalmatian went into liver failure. If Dr. Hays hadnt done the wellness blood test just for precautionary purposes, as well as, comparisons for later, we would not have known in time to save her life. We now know she is only 1 of 5 Dalmatians alive, according to Dalmatians Club of America, in the US. She also just received the highest award in AKC agility, her MACH. This shows how healthy and active a dog can be with a great veterinarian hospital giving you an early diagnosis to what is normally fatal. Thank you, Eastside!

The exemplary care provided by the entire staff at Eastside Animal has been consistent for the last 15 years for our animal menagerie that has included reptiles, cats and dogs. Both the annual checkups and emergency medical situations have been addressed with amazing skill, efficiency and compassion. It is clear that the staff and physicians place the best interest of each animal at the forefront but effectively and honestly communicate with owners about care, options and costs. This is a practice that genuinely cares for all creatures.

I had a fantastic experience at Eastside animal clinic. I was referred to this facility by my next door neighbor, she could not say enough great things about this place. She was right! They took great care of our brand new 8wk. old Dachshund Woodford "Woody". From my first contact with the receptionist to Dr.Gatewood and her tech Bethany-EVERYONE was very kind, patient and informative. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have been a client of Eastside since 1973. I have trusted the care of all my fur babies to the staff at Eastside. In the last four months I have had some very sick dogs, the care and treatment provided by the staff has been exemplary! I am so grateful to have this level of care available in Jeffersonville. Dr Strong, Dr Miller, Dr Lutgen, Dr Powell, Dr Gatewood and all vet techs and clerical staff are so caring to my pets and to me as a pet parent.

I am so happy about this vet. I have never been disappointed with their service, and they are always very nice. The email and call reminders are very helpful in remembering appointments. Ive been a customer here since 2010 with my two furry feline friends, and one time I even came by accidentally on the WRONG DAY! They were incredibly nice about it and were able to work me in anyway. Their staff are very experienced and handle animals extremely well.

This was my first visit to Eastside Animal Hospital. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were taken back to see the doctor very quickly. All fees were discussed prior to any tests/exams being done. Doctor was very good, and gave me a lot of information about my dog and things to look for that may indicate possible health issues based on todays exam. I am very pleased with the whole experience. And Roscoe loved all the attention!!

The only reason for the 4 stars is because they are WAY over priced on some of their procedures. I Had a estimate of $690 for a procedure then went to my other Vet to get second opinion and quote. The procedure was $215. So their is a great deal of up-pricing. The staff are incredible! Great doctors and even more importantly the Care staff that do everything else. We visit them for certain pet needs and are glad to have them!

I would recommend Eastside Animal Hospital to anybody that is having any concerns or worries about their pet. If it wasnt for them I most likely would have lost mine (Blaze) and theres not enough thank yous that could be said to let them know just how greatful I am for each and every one of them that had part in getting my pup back to being himself. Dr. Powell is very knowledgeable and concerned about your pet. I went there today for the first time and I am very impressed. My little Yorkie is having some serious problems and she is handling everything. I bought him here because I wasnt pleased with the care he was getting from his regular vet. Dr. Powell was so much better. She was recommended by a friend, and Im so glad I went to her.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Why in the world do you even bother giving people an "appointment" when an hour after my "appointment "Im still waiting in your waiting room to be seen! Then when I finally get to the room I have an additional 20 minute wait before the doctor even walks in! your front desk staff is rude! You people are ridiculous ! I do NOT recommend!

Dr. Strong and her staff at Eastside Animal Hospital have been taking care of our pets for 10 years. They always provide excellent care and we always have a feeling of security when we board our dogs there during vacations and out of town holidays. We live in Louisville, but it is well worth the short drive to get the great care provided. Thanks Eastside!!

I will never come back! Each time I come there is an up charge... Today I brought my dog in to be groomed expecting to pay $40 to $50. After the up charges what I consider not medically necessary by bill was $110. The grooming was terrible. The Dog looks like crap. I could have done a better job myself. I would like to give it zero stars!
