As most pet owners do, I consider my cat part of my family. In the past, I have used vets who have been at best impersonal, at worse downright cold. Village Vet Clinic is the only vet clinic I have used in the Auburn area, but I will not be in the market for another. Dr. Chip is very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how he treated my new baby kitten. He talked to her during her check-ups, asked about her personality and habits, and never rushed as if he had more important things to do. The vet assistant, Brittany, is very nice and has helpful tips for raising small kittens. I feel that a lot of vets end up treating their job as very mundane and routine, forgetting how special our animals are to us, but Dr. Chip seems to genuinely care about his furry patients as individuals. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

Words cannot describe just how amazing the doctors and the hospital staff are when it comes to the amount of care, love, and attention that the pets are given! Dr. Kuykendall and Dr. Chip are very personable and make every visit worthwhile. They arent concerned with getting you in and out in under five minutes; they take the time to understand the situation thoroughly and see to it that you understand all the treatment options available and help you pick the plan that fits your financial status and goals. The staff as a whole puts a smile on my face when I see the amount of effort that is taken to ensure that my pets are happy, even when undergoing the toughest procedures! Definitely recommend VVC -- there is no other place more friendly AND efficient.

While we have only been using this vet clinic for about 6 months, we have been thrilled with the care our dogs have received. That is why we travel an hour each way to this clinic. One of my dogs had to have a tricky surgery on her leg, but she came through it with flying colors. One of my other dogs is going through heart worm treatment, and I dont think I could ask for better vets. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and their love of animals is evident. Drs. Dan and Chip are excellent in their explanations of what must be done, and are willing to answer questions in a patient, friendly manner. In my view, their rates are very reasonable considering the quality of care they provide. We have finally found our vet "home".

I absolutely LOVE everyone at Village Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Kuykendall and his staff are all incredibly friendly and professional--they have worked with me numerous times in order to accommodate my busy schedule, have the most affordable prices, and they treat my dog like hes their own. Because I am a veterinary student, Dr. K always makes a point to teach me something and answer any questions I might have while Im there. I love my dog like hes my child, so it means a lot to find someone that I trust absolutely with his healthcare. I highly recommend Village Veterinary Clinic!

Dr. K is wonderful and he has surrounded himself with a top notch staff. I highly recommend this clinic! Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and compassionate and they make all efforts to truly know you and your pet! My dog has epilepsy and the first time she had a seizure was a terrifying experience for me, but everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the vet techs to Dr. K himself, was so comforting and kind. Love this veterinary clinic!

I found the Village Veterinarian Clinics new location/building to be very accommodating and was very pleased with the atmosphere. The experienced staff will help put you at ease with your animals condition. What I loved most was the synergy among the entire staff. We have been going here for 8 years with our dog. It can feel like a roll of the dice when first picking a vet. I feel extremely lucky that we wandered into village vet. The entire 8 years the doctors have been more than competent, kind, honest and straight forward about all of our options. We will be moving soon, but we would take village vet with us if we could.

I took my cats here at first because it was closer to my house. But went back every time, because both doctors were super nice. They ask questions about your pet and listened to what you have to say.
