I made an appointment with them for my father. We heard about them on Groupon I purchased a massage for him. His appointment was for 12:45 on 3/18. He showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, and waited over 2 hours.When he got there the lady had him fill out a bunch of paperwork. He spoke with the "doctor" who only wanted to find out what insurance he had, dont know what that had to do with his appointment? They then told him it would be awhile and it was a long wait so he decided to leave and come back on the rescheduled time. He showed up again for the appointment and waiting another hour. He finally told the women who has been giving him the run around since he has been waiting, that he was leaving. She said fine. On my way home she called and asked him because of the horrible wait and everything that has happened, as complimentary he could purchase three massages for $90.00.REALLY WHAT????? He didnt even get the original massage that was purchased. She then went into a bunch of excuses. First said the doctor was not in ~ which doesnt make sense he met with the doctor and she would tell him when he got back. Then she said the massage therapist went home sick and she is an employee and they cant rely on them? Really maybe you need to hire different employees. Or tell him that instead of making him wait hours in a waiting room. I would never recommend anyone going to this place!!!!!! They made my father feel because it was a Groupon he was beneath the required service. HORRIBLE

Worst massage ever! Had a Groupon they tried hard to up sell me into buying a package for more. My appt was at 12pm but i wasnt getting the massage till 12:15pm because of the up sell. The sheets in the room smelled of STRONG body odor, did not smell clean at all! The massage therapist used the same motion, i asked for "full body" and she did not massage my arms, and only massaged one foot. She also only used 1 hand most of the time while massaging me, then i soon realized she was on her phone, then received a phone call , which she answered and stated her son was asking what she wanted at the store!!! I mentioned to someone working there on the way out that she had answered a call during my massage. He stated he would compliment me and get back to me, which they did, but stated i could get a 30 min massage on them, and pay an extra $20 for a full 1 hr massage. Seriously? I will never go back to that place, nor recommend it to friends & family.

I have been a patient of Roselle Chiropractic for the past 3 years. I started as a Groupon user and now using this professional office to relieve me of my chronic low back pain. Dr. Ahmed is a very competent chiropractor that has my complete trust. He is always thorough and professional- he took the time to really explain things to me after my tests and X-rays. He provides me with a manual adjustment after each physical therapy session. Barbara is a very skilled massage therapist. The front desk, office manager and staff are very professional and attentive. I feel truly cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic! --

everyone at Roselle chiropractic is very pleasant and knows what to do to treat the patients with exactly what we need to get well again.so I would recommend Dr Ahmed clinic for all your therapy needs and great massage treatments for what ever your injury. I have been going to Roselle Chiropractic and I always have a great experience with Dr. Ahmeds staff. They are very friendly and always care for their patients. I would recommend this location if you are suffering from severe pain which you can not control. I go for Chiropractic reasons and physical therapy. I can really feel my stress relieved and pain levels go down when ever I visit the office. I will continue my sessions as long as I can stay well. Thanks so much for relieving my pain......Dr. Taqir Amed and staff!!!!!!

My 10 year old daughter had an appointment for a massage with Jennifer. It was my daughters first massage ever, and she was a bit nervous. Jennifer was great. She helped my daughter feel comfortable by explaining what she was going to do & how she was going to do it. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable about massage therapy. It was a fabulous experience for my daughter!

Worst massage ever. Bought a Groupon, one of the worst ways to spend $32 that I could think of. She did the same motions for each part of my body, and none of it was enjoyable. Not to mention my appt was for 6:45 and I didnt get on the table until 7:20. I thought of walking out, and should have. I couldnt wait for it to be over. Thank goodness it was only 50 minutes.

I purchased the 3 massage deal on Groupon. I was very pleased that I could quickly make an evening appointment. I have gone to Jennifer for all 3 deep tissue massages because she does such a great job! The prices are very reasonable and best of all I dont feel pressured to buy any additional services or products. Cant wait for my 4th massage tomorrow!

I went to Roselle Chiropractic in Roselle, Illinois on October 18th because I had pain in my neck and shoulders. The message therapist who worked on me is very good and useful and I was relieved of my pain. I visited this place before and found the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Roselle Chiropractic has a fantastic staff of massage therapists. Massages are reasonably priced and worth the money! Frank has been my massage therapist for 5 months and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has unique experiences that make him a well-rounded therapist.
