I had never been to a chiropractor before. Im currently pregnant and just painfully getting by with so many aches and pains. My midwife suggested that I see a chiropractor to get an adjustment. My back pain was getting so bad that I could not sleep. I was greeted my Betty, who by the way was sooo incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. She explained a lot of things that I didnt know what chiropractic care. She gave stellar customer service. The office was clean and well organized. Being preggers, I was a little nervous to move things around but Dr Tilson was awesome. He was very respectful and really seemed to know what he was doing. I got warmed up in a 3 different machines before the Dr did the adjustments. They were comfortable and the hydro massage was pretty pretty relaxing. He did his thing, and that night was the best night I had slept in in over 3 months. I definitely see that you do need to continue to go at least a couple of times a week to see long term improvement. So far, I will move things around and make it work because the results are there. Definitely give this office a try.

I found Dr. Tilson off of Livingsocial for a deal that his office had posted due to back problems that i was having and too say that I was blown away would be an understatement. Dr. Tilson is as good as it gets and is probably the nicest doctor i have ever gone to. He will do anything and everything to help you and Betty at the front desk couldnt be any sweeter as well. Since moving to IL it has been awhile since I found a chiropractor that I liked and especially my wife who is very picky who adjust her as she used to work for a chiropractor for many years and she now goes to Dr. Tilsons office 2 days a week! Trust me she doesnt like any chiropractors besides the one she worked for. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I highly doubt there is a better office and doctor in the Naperville area for miles. Thanks for everything Doc and betty!!

Dr. Tilson and his team are exceptional, especially Betty the Office Manager. Theyve been amazing for me! Not only is everyone there great but so is the treatment. Nellie is a fantastic masseuse who works alongside Dr. T for your treatment. Ive worked with a few other chiropractors over the years, so I can actually compare my experiences. Im dealing with a difficult condition and count on my treatment to make it through each week with minimal discomfort. Im truly grateful to know and be treated by Dr. Tilson. Thank you.

Dr. Tilson and his employees are simply incredible. The services they provide are invaluable. I came in not being able to sleep on my back, barely able to breathe and sleep due to severe back pain. Now I feel much better, my airways are clear my back feels great and I feel great in general. Two thumbs ups in my book.
