I had a three-year-old with a cavity. This company was highly recommended to me, so I gave them a call. I inquired about their pricing, and the person on the phone claimed they were extremely competitive but that she couldnt get me an exact figure, nor put me in touch with someone who could. But again, she assured me it wouldnt be anything crazy. I made an appointment. Upon arrival at the appointment, I again inquired about pricing, and this time I was told by the hygienist that she was not able to give me a figure but not to worry, for the pricing would certainly be reasonable. I insisted that I would like to know anyway, and she said she would have someone speak with me shortly. After a standard wait in the waiting room, my son was called back to begin his appointment, and I had still not heard from anyone about billing. They assured me again that it would be fine, and that they might as well begin the appointment. Keep in mind, my son was told not to eat or drink anything the night prior to this, nor of course during the morning of the appointment. After drugging my three-year-old up, it was then explained to me that filling one single cavity would be $1,000 out of pocket, but that he was complaining about his tooth hurting, and everything is ready to begin the procedure, so they would highly recommend continuing the appointment right now. In a word: Predatory.

Great experience for an unpleasant procedure! My daughter had to visit them for some sedation work and they welcomed her with a sign on the door, the kid-friendly waiting room and reception were good. Dr. Carol was really good at talking to my 4 year old about the process and me about how shed be feeling. The process went well, she came out to let me know part way through how her vitals were going and then called again in the afternoon to make sure there were no adverse symptoms.

The best dental experience and care any child could receive. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly smiles. The doctors, hygienist, and assistants interact with your child in a way that puts them at ease. My kids are excited for their next trip to the dentist in 6 months.
