My husband and I chose Greenwood Pediatrics for our daughter because everyone that we knew told us that they were the best. Well, everything was great until our daughter turned one. The women answering the phones are really rude now. Once someone answered the phone "Hello?"..I was not sure if I had called the right place. Then they put me on hold for 30 minutes when it was an emergency and then when they decided to answer they never said sorry. Seems like they need to get rid of some people in their office because we have changed doctors. The doctors are nice its just that the office workers are the first people that a patient talks to and that reflects on the doctors. Not very happy!

The whole office was rude. They treated us like we should be grateful they even saw us. We have great insurance and never missed an appointment and the way they treated us was unacceptable. I dont care how great a doctor is or if the day has been rough. We moved to another state when my son turned two and I have repeatedly called and requested a copy of his shot record. The receptionist was rude and insists they have sent it out to me. I have never recieved anything. The front office and how well it functions reflects on the doctors and the sevice they provide. We were more than happy to move on.

My daughters have been going to Greenwood Pediatrics for over a year now & I have been very satisfied with them! The Girls who work in the front have been nothing but friendly everytime I call or am in the office. The doctors are great & spend as much time as needed with my girls during their appointments. The only reason I rated them a 4, is because we only see an actual doctor when they are sick. If they are just getting a well-child check-up, its always a PA. Not a big deal, but Id prefer to see the same doctor everytime we go. I will stay with Greenwood Pediatrics until we move from Indiana.
