Dr. Kidd is a fabulous doctor. He is older (about 60 I believe), and has been practicing for quite some time-so he has the experience to say "you dont have to worry about this, ive seen it a million times". He always gives you a chance to cover any questions you may have and he isnt overly....doctor-y, if that makes any sense? Meaning that he isnt huge on interventions if it isnt really necessary. He also isnt into overly medicating, which I like. Hes a little more go with the flow than a lot of doctors and he explains things really well. Its really easy to get into his office and to get things done. His staff isnt always the most friendly, but I totally think he makes up for that, because he is literally one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. His office is nice and cleanly- well decorated with disney characters, which my 2.5 year old loves, and even I enjoy looking at the items because a lot of the items are collectables.

Dr. Kidd has been an amazing pediatrician. He never makes me feel bad for decisions I have made about my childs Healthcare. He has listened to all my concerns, allows me to discuss different treatment options and we weigh the pros and cons together. I just switched my oldest son from St. Vincent Pediatric Clinic to Dr. Kidd and now he is recieving the same treatment as my younger two. St. Vincent was all about what kind of drugs to pump into my kids system, rather than figure out the problem they just treated the symptoms. Dr. Kidd has been able to treat the PROBLEM not the symptoms. Hes an "old school, been there-done that, not everything needs a narcotic to fix it," kind of doctor. The world needs more of him. His office is always clean and kid friendly. Sometimes the staff behind the desk arent always friendly (primarily at checkout) but Dr. Kidd and his nurses have always been good with my kids.

my daughters doctor for 7 months. She was VERY good with her untill i had to rush my daughter to the hospital because she stopped breathing, the er doc said she had a sinus infection, and she has had it for a month, and we just saw her pediatricion 2 weeks before that, so i decided to switch doctors.. also my daughter had thrush and the er doc said she had also had that for awhile and not once did dr. bownman give her medicin...
