Being military we move around often and have had lots of experience with doctors. We were referred to this office by a local friend. Our first visit we waited almost 2 hours to be seen by Dr Simon. My 2 year old was bouncing off the walls to say the least. I finally stepped out of the room to ask the nurse how much longer we would have to wait. The 2nd time we went in on the weekend for a sick call visit and were seen promptly by the on call doc, so I decided to give them another chance hoping that the previous time was just an "off day". The 3rd time we went in it was a 50 minute wait to see Dr Simon. The wait time is just ridiculous especially for a 2 year old! They have also NEVER taken my childs temperature during any of those 3 visits. I am not impressed to say the least! We are currently in the process of finding a new pediatrician.

The doctors at this office are excellent. I especially love Simon and Glover, however, the office staff is so diificult to work with. They never make you feel welcome. They are rude, never smile and make you feel like your bothering them. They are very unwilling to work with you financially too. My daughter was hospitalized and I owed a $100 balance from that and they tried to refuse to see my other daughter for a well check up when she was 3 months old for her shots until the balance was paid (and I didnt even know I owed that balance until I took my infant in for her 3 month visit). The staff are very unprofessional to say the least. Ive almost switched pediatricians several times, but I love Dr. Simon so much.

There are 4 doctors at this office. And while all of them are great, 2 stand out. Glover and Trumble. Trumble is our sons doctor and he gives us more help and information than we expected. When having our first child, all of our "What do we do when...?" questions were answered by him before we even ask. I wish he were our family doctor, he is outstanding.

Dr. Trumbull and staff are terrific, and Ive been very sad to move away and find a new pediatrician. Ive loved having my child as a patient here.
