DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! The dental technician was TERRIBLE, office staff atrocious! Both of my children went in for ROUTINE teeth cleanings. My sons bonding was completely obliterated by the technician (the bonding was a 3 hr procedure performed by a cosmetic dentist). Neither of my children could eat the afternoon they came home. Their mouths were bleeding, teeth sensitive to touch, temperature, etc....and gums completely excoriated. I called to speak to the office manager-Janet the next day and was told that she would talk to the dentist and tech and call me that Monday.......almost 3 weeks later, NO CALL! Finally, I called the office back & got EVERY excuse you could think of as to why I was not contacted. I asked for the Business Directors phone number (Phyllis L.), again none of my concerns were addressed. Phyllis told me to bring my son back in (NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN) for repeat x-rays as they "werent what they needed", translation, they screwed those up TOO! I just received the Explanation of Benefits from Delta Dental today.....This mayhem was billed to the insurance in the amount of $421.00 - UNBELIEVEABLE! There was a misc test charge on the EOB for a "test" which I later find out IS NOT covered by insurance...I called Phyllis L. again only to find out they did a random oral cancer screening on my daughter!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!! Not unheard of-- but shes 14! I did not give authorization for this misc test to be performed! Currently awaiting my sons Explanation of Benefits to see what surprises are in store! You have been forewarned this office is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and accomodating! The staff and doctors always answer all my questions, consider my concerns and challenges (financially and scheduling). Very happy with how theyve taken care of my kids. My son got his first filing and had no complaints! Definitely recommend these folks.
