My dog stayed here for 9 days for fall break -- they say if they stay over a certain amount of time they receive complimentary bath -- upon pick up - not bathed -- muddy mess frankly - smelled awful. Bedding was filthy - had to wash twice to get it clean -- had to turn around and go home for them to bathe him - was told they would call back in an hour -- made it back home and they called (so obviously not a good thorough bathing) (15 minutes at the most). Turned around and drove all the way back to find a wet unbrushed dog -- was not very happy. Was hoping for better!

A wonderful alternative to traditional dog sitting options. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff were great with answering questions and were so friendly. We loved that we could board our dogs together, and that they were let out to play and run around so frequently. We appreciated the "report card" we received when we picked up our dogs- its those little extra touches that will ensure this facility has our business for years to come.
