Scott Caughell

This is Dr. Caughell. I am very surprised at the review posted 10 months ago. On other review sites we have five out of five stars with 6 reviews. We are blessed with consistent growth due to positive word of mouth referrals. I can promise no one gets unnecessary procedures and we frequently get told our service is outstanding. Of course the post does not have a name attached so I cannot verify the problem or try to correct it. Overall we have overwhelmingly positive reviews except for this one.

Ridiculously bad service. The people at the front desk are nice enough, but are of no help. They will squeeze every cent out of you that they can and will withhold information in order to get you into their office for unnecessary procedures. My advice is to find somewhere else to go. I used Spectacle Shoppe for years and had to switch when I changed insurance companies. If they were covered I would go back to SS in a heartbeat.

I love this place. It is a great environment and very family friendly. The staff is great and the new building is awesome. They have a good collection of name brand frames for glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend! P.S. This place is actually called Warsaw Family Eyecare and is owned by Dr. Scott Caughell and Tabitha Temple together. I believe they are working on editing this.

My daughter and I have been going here for a few years now, I absolutely love the staff and both Docs. I can assure I have never been charged for anything that I didnt have done, and I am very quick to tell everyone to use them when asked.
