Excellent service. Dr Burns takes the time to look at your eyes and is always very clear when he explains what is going on (not like those doctors that have 5 assistants and only talk to you for 1mn during their chain work). The ladies that help you choose your glasses are very knowledgeable and always very friendly (not like Lens Crafters where they had to do my glasses 3 times because they had no clue what they were doing). Last time I went to Optique Eyecare, I asked if they could adjust my sunglasses. Not only did they change the pads for free (so it fits better on my nose), but they also gave me a new box for my glasses for free as well (mine was very beat up) without my asking. Like I said, excellent service, I would highly recommend.
