I was not satisfied much when I went to get new glasses. The company employees are very nice, but their distractive talking away from business really seemed as they were taking advantage of me. Which they did.. When I was leaving their office I asked if I needed a form or anything of what I had purchased or a slip noticing a time would be picking up my glasses for a bill seeing of which all I had payed for, the women seemed confused and wasnt sure why I had asked for one. I was never a paper or a notice of when I would receive my glasses. In fact, I was charged for others items to my glasses prescription I did not ask for, nor was acknowledge that I was going to be charged for an outstanding balance.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. The doctor only checked one of my eyes on my second time there. I wanted to use the same frames Id purchased there. The Tech said she would call me if a few days to let me know if the lab still had the pattern. After I hadnt heard anything in a week, I called them. When the Tech was put on the phone and I explained why I was calling, and ask why she had not returned my call. The first thing she said was that she has so many clients was was too busy. I should have just given her my opinion then and never went back. But I gave them another try. But every time I went there, most employees were new. My suggestion is to not use this place. Very unprofessional.

I dont have an issue with the Dr. himself he was great, where my issue lies is the customer service or lack thereof. I didnt receive it the first time and thought I would give them another chance. My BAD! when they say they will call they do not. When you have something on backorder do they call you and let you know? They do not. When you spend a whole day calling to check on said order you would think they would leave some kind of message telling customers that they are closed that day due to "training".......They do not. Now I understand when people say that place is a joke. I should of went back to Temple.

I liked the doctor and everyone in the office. Unfortunately, after 2 times in trying to get my script correct, I still couldnt see out of my glasses. I ended up going back to my former eye doctor, who got it right. I sent the glasses back to Midwest for a refund, but was told I would not get one. So I guess I will be donating them to a good cause. They said they would have tried to correct the problem, but after 2 attempts that missed the mark, I didnt want to waste my time on a third attempt.

Dr. and staff were wonderful with my kids. Treated them like the individuals they are. The staff took time to make sure everything was right. When I went back in for my appt the same care was given to me. Will be going back. Love Dr. Nate and Staff for making patients a priority.

Wonderful experience. Very friendly from first visit. Dr. was very knowledgeable and everyone was so professional. I brought my children and they were little loud and staff was very accommodating and understanding. Would recommend this office to everyone.
