Staff is excellent!!!!! Everyone is focused on my pet while were there. They talk to them & really act like they love animals!! You can tell they really care! Very thorough in explaining & making sure you understand everything. Also very helpful in making sure you know of options that are less expensive but are valid options (ie; giving scripts for Petmeds web, etc). They have their own mail delivery where i get my heartworm pills delivered monthly when due, it makes it easier to know im giving it when due every month & i dont forget!! Reasonable prices also. I cant say enough good things about the staff at this clinic. Best vet visits ive ever had!!!

Dr. Cantrell and his staff are extremely caring and knowledgeable. They spend time with you and your pet. They are there for the whole family. Dr. Cantrell thouroughly explains what is going on with your pet and what the best treatment plan would be. This vet and his office truly goes above and beyond what is expected. Our boy not only has the usual yearly checkups, but has had therapy twice after back surgery. This doctor and his staff are excellent in the field of therapy. You can see their love and passion for what they do. Thank you all!

We took our cat in on a Saturday morning due to an unexpected illness. The doctor and staff were exceptional! They got us in right away and made sure that we were comfortable and even helped our cat relax with some calming pheromones. We were also pleasantly surprised that the cost for treatment was very reasonable. Thank you Dr. Matt and staff!

Dr. Cantrell and his staff are wonderful with out senior cat and robust German Shepherd. They are patient and answer all of questions using the most up to date guidelines and recommendations. They go out of their way to make sure our animals feel safe and relaxed at their visits. We are so fortunate to have them in our community!

Dr. Cantrell is so caring and truly takes the time to work with each pet. My dog hates exercise, but he did great with rehab with Dr. Matt. They even modified the protocols since he was scared of the balance board and made him do doga (dog yoga) instead. Great staff and great service!
