We had to come here under very unfortunate circumstances. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. They even sent a beautiful condolences card in the mail with hand written note from everyone in the office. Very sweet gesture and much appreciated by the whole family. Even the kids loved the card. We will definitely bring our other dogs to crossroads.
