I took my dog to the Frankfort Animal Hospital for his annual check up and and shots and to get set up with a new vet for for my dog. We had recently moved her and this animal hospital was recommeded by someone I knew. The experience was overall a good one. I was very pleased with the care that my dog received from the veterinary staff. With the exception of one person the staff were very friendly and helpful and treated my dog with loving care. The vet answered all of my questions and I could tell that my dog was well loved. I felt comfortable that he had received quality care. The only thing that concerned me a little was the way I was greeted when we arrived. The person behind the desk did not really greet me and I felt she was not very friendly or welcoming. I know you cant know every new person who comes to the clinic but she acted like I should know their procedures for check in and didnt explain things well. However, it will not stop me from trying them again. Overall, my experience was a good one.

I have only visited The Frankfort Animal Hospital twice. The second time was an EMERGENCY to me and my beloved dog CJ! I called Late in the day After 4 pm I believe the said it was a very busy day and they had no openings. After explaining what CJ was experiencing they put me on hold to check and see if somehow they could get me in. After just 1 minute they returned to the phone to tell me to bring him in. I am so GRATEFUL to these people for taking the time to see my dog! It turned out that CJ had contracted parvo virus and he did not end up making it. The people at Frankfort Animal Hospital were so caring to get us in and treat my animal. Even though my Cj didnt make it, my experience with this vet has turned me into a better pet owner and life long customer! Everyone who has a pet PLEASE immunize your pet for the love of their health. Thank you so much Frankfort Animal Hospital. You and your staff through your actions not words proved to me you all truly care about all animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but positive experiences every time I have visited Frankfort Animal Hospital. I have been with them for a year and do not plan to go anywhere else. I always have so many questions during an appoinment. I am always given a complete and thoughful responses. Follow-up on questions always happen. My furbaby has gotten, emergency care, neutered/laser treatment, grooming, nail clippings and annual check-ups.The prices offered are beyond reasonable and the way Canelo is treated is the number one reason I will strongly recommend them and continue to use them as my furbaby´s vet. I cannot express how awesome and professional the staff is at Frankfort Animal Hospital, every single person that I have ever encountered there has been nothing but helpful. I fully recommend all services they offer. They are great!!!! .

My wife and I began bringing our pets to Frankfort Animal Hospital soon after they opened. Over the years, the staff here has seen us through the very best and worst things that a pet owner can experience. Through it all, they truly live up to their mission, "Quality care from compassionate hands." The staff is courteous and professional. They love your pets as if they were their own. Communication with their office is very easy. We have always been able to get appointments in a timely manner and refill medications quickly. I would highly recommend (and have recommended) their office to anyone.

We have four dogs, so we have been on the search for an affordable yet personalized clinic for our furry family for quite some time. We live in Indianapolis, so the trek to Frankfort is long, but its totally worth it to us. We went for the first time to do teeth cleanings and it was half the price of any of the places in Indianapolis. In addition, any time weve been now the vet stays as long as we need to make sure all our questions are answered and addressed. Its a great vet if you are anywhere near the northwest side of Indianapolis.

We have been going here for several years. The staff and doctors are theost caring and trusted people/veterinarians I have ever experienced. We have lost two dogs, one we had put to sleep, the other passed at home. You could see the compassion and sorrow in their eyes. About a week later, we received sympathy card signed by the ENTIRE staff. The cost is reasonable for all treatments. We travel 3 minutes to go there because of all the above.

We chose Frankfort Animal Hospital based on the fact they perform Laser Surgery. Our cat Frankie was at ease and the Vet Techs love of animals very apparent. The pricing was competitive and worth the drive. Frankie is up walking around and back to normal (still wearing cone of shame) three days after neuter , shots, and de-claw. They staff at Frankfort Animal Hospital helped save our cat Sunny. When we got her she was emaciated and quite sick and Dr Hughes did everything to help get her at 100%. She has now gone from 4lbs to 10lbs and is quite happy and healthy. They also have taken care of our cat Pepper who had to lose an eye and they took great care of him as well. Very professional and helpful and caring to my cats.

They take terrific care of my five year old Border-Aussie, Sylvester. All the doctors and tech girls are extremely helpful, they answer any and all questions I have. Sylvester recently had some bad allergies, so I took him in and got terrific advice. All of his symptoms have gone away since taking his medicine the past couple days. Great job staff! Thanks again!

Our dog Sneekers loves going to the vet for his shots, to see his favorite girl when he goes in for lazier therapy, and going to the grooming area. The stuff is very nice and take great care of Sneekers. I think most know him by name when they see come in. Keep up the great work you do and the love and care you show our beloved 4 legged family member

I cannot speak highly enough for the care our dog PJ received. He is often very anxious and lacks trust when put in stressful situations and they were willing to work with him and have patiences for HOURS so he would feel comfortable. Frankfort Animal Hospital has an awesome staff & are always so helpful with my pets that I have taken for care. Even when the circumstances have been difficult they provided so much support & care. Also, when given medications the doctor has even called to check on our corgi to see how she was doing and if we needed anything else.

They squeezed my cat Oliver in between appointments because I was afraid that his eye was so infected that he may lose his sight. Thankfully they got him in. The vet was wonderful and the nurses were great. The front desk ladies were kind. Overall wonderful experience! Also, Olly only had conjunctivitis and is now healed!
