Took our 3 cats in for a health checkup, all received a clean bill of health and vaccinations. A few days later one of the cats started acting very tired. They gave him steroids, he got better for a few days then started acting tired again. Took him back, "Oh, he has an enlarged heart. We need to ship him to Purdue for tests." At Purdue he was put to sleep. Note: steroids can cause ventricular enlargement. Steroids killed my cat who was just over a year old. Stay away from this place. They have no business in Veterinary practice. They said he must have had an enlarged heart to begin with. Dont be ridiculous. Bottom line, irresponsible and lacking accountability. Horrible practice.

My experience at this veterinary clinic was the worst experience ever. Dr. Fernung has a horrible practice. My dog died through the night after seeing her and her claims that nothing was wrong. I paid over $600 to have an a autopsy done at purdue, and found out she was diabetic. I still have all the paperwork and I took this matter to the attorney generals office, and I would give anything to put her our of business. Dont take your animals to her, she an animal KILLER
