WONT BE BACK!!! I AM GLAD IT WAS AN UNDERDOSE INSTEAD OF AN OVERDOSE!!! Cascade Veterinary Hospital has been underdosing my 22.4 lb. Boston Terrier since 4-03-14 with Trifexis Pink 5-10#. My dog should have been receiving the Trifexis Green 21-40#. I just noticed the mistake MYSELF on 8-02-14. I talked to Dr. West when I returned the wrong dose of Trifexis Pink 5-10# on 8-05-14. Dr. West said he would honor a Heartworm test for free to make sure my dog was safe. I returned to Cascade Veterinary Hospital on 8-06-14 to receive the test. My dog tested negative. THANK GOODNESS!!! I asked the receptionist if they would honor the three doses of Trifexis Pink 5-10# they prescribed my dog for the three correct doses of Trifexis Green 21-40#. She said they would. I also asked Dr. Kathryn Sanders, while she was examining my dog, if they would honor my three incorrect doses of Trifexis Pink 5-10# they prescribed my dog for the three correct doses of Trifexis Green 21-40#. Dr. Kathryn Sanders said she would give me the correct doses of Trifexis Green 21-40#. When I got to the check out the receptionist said that the three doses of Trifexis Green 21-40# wasnt the agreement. Since my dog tested negative for Heartworm (THANK GOODNESS!!!) thats all they could do was honor the free Heartworm test. I dont appreciate Dr. Kathryn Sanders telling me she would honor the doses of Trifexis Green 21-40# and the receptionist telling me that wasnt the agreement. I should have recorded my conversation with Dr. Kathryn Sanders for proof!!! Cascade Veterinary Hospital didnt have my other dogs shot records. I had to show them my records so they could update theirs! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BE LEERY OF CASCADE VETERINARY HOSPITAL!!! I AM JUST GLAD IT WAS AN UNDERDOSE INSTEAD OF AN OVERDOSE!!!

AVOID THIS VET due to overcharges. I used Dr West for a farm call, and he seemed nice enough, is good with animals, but then it ended in holy terror. I had gone over all the prices in detail on the phone PRIOR to his visit, getting the prices from his office mgr Ashley. I got the worse case scenario price as well, so I knew what I was up against. He did the work, said they would bill me, and when I got the bill, it was 70 dollars over what she quoted!!!!. Months before this farmcall, Ashley went over the prices, then says to call back at which she says, no, he does not service this area. Then when he was at this farmcall, he said yes, he does service my area. Ok people, make up your mind. Gave him a 1 star because they tell you one thing on the phone and is another when they get there, and the protocal was exactly what I asked and was quoted on the phone!!!!!!!!! Here is the kicker: When I got the bill and saw that I was overcharged $70, this nightmare receptionist says the vet is not going to see me again. All because I simply asked about the overcharge. Her demeanor is what I consider extremely arrogant, as if someone got a control freak in their office where the customers are treated as a criminal and everything is the customer fault. Basically what she said is he charged me to talk to him or ask any questions.... WTH!!!! this is unbelievable. I never heard of a vet charging to ask basic questions. Also turns out he recommended Questplus for worming for mini-donks which EVERYONE who breeds says not to use. I asked the receptionist to have the DR call and he never called. Rude !

This vet killed my horse. She was born unexpectedly in April 2016 (the vet didnt notice the mare was pregnant when he vaccinated her a month prior) and when I called them expressing my concern that the foal wasnt nursing and hadnt been expected, the rude receptionist assured me everything was fine and no one would come out. The next day the foal was down and very sick. Dr. West instructed me to drive her to the clinic, where he treated her for an hour and sent us home. She did not improve and got worse, so I had a TN Equine Hospital vet come within 10 mins of arriving back home. He did a colostrum test IN HIS TRUCK: the foal had not gotten ANY. She was septic, and euthanized. I was devastated. If Dr. West had come when I initially called right after the foals birth, or if he administered the colostrum test at his clinic, she would have been saved. Not only did they effectively kill my horse, but they have the audacity to continue to send me bills almost a year later via certified mail. Cascade will never get a cent from me after this gross incompetence.

Dr. West is one of those special veterinarians who care about the animal and wants to not only treat the animal but figure out the underlying cause of the issue. My horse was diagnosed by Dr. West as having a thyroid issue. He took the time and drew blood and got my horse started on Thyro L. Also, I had a sick gelding that he came out to see and asked that we get him to the clinic as soon as possible. He saved the horse. He then came back out to walk the pasture to see if there was a poisonous plant he may have ate. He has always treated my animals and me very well. He has always treated us more than fair on his services. I feel blessed that he chose to be a veterinarian and that he has the drive to diagnose, treat, and determine the cause.

I have been going for years with multiple dogs and they are the only vet in the Region I trust. I went to other vets in that area and they did not treat me as a friend like Cascade. They will open at anytime or day to make sure my dogs are okay and will even call to get checks on him when he has been sick. They call when he is being boarded 3 times a day to let me know how he is doing... I changed vets about 7 years ago when every other vet in town would not meet about an emergency since it was a holiday. They took their time and ever since I have been a loyal customer.

Just when I thought I would never be able to match our Dr. Bobby West, you have brought on a staff member of equal honesty, integrity, and honor. Even though our diagnosis was terminal for our milk cow, it was worth the ordeal to meet Dr. Harris. Dr. Harris thanks for advising me not to invest any more money in a cow that was not going to give us a return. I have and will continue to follow your advice. Dr. Bardroff and his wife were so nice. Last night was our first time working with them due to our 3 month old filly colicing. She pulled through and he was so gentle and patient with her. He even helped us track down our gelding which broke out of the other pasture and all are safe and sound! NOT MANY VETS LIKE THEM!!!!! WILL USE THEM AGAIN! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr West and his staff have been our vet for over 10 years. They are very professional, kind, and go out of their way to help when life happens to our little friends at the worst possible times. I dont like flashy and glitzy, I like down to earth people with charachter, integrity, and that is what they are. The cascade crew is our vet for life. Thank you Doc.
