I have been going to The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg for 5 years now. They have been nothing but wonderful! I have had two cats with breast cancer that had both needed a mastectomy and they were amazing! I had 5 cats now down to 3 and through it all they have been so kind and caring and compassionate. They have helped me with working about billing, staying open late for me to drop my cat off for chemo. I dont know what I would do without them. The staff and Dr. Woodruff has taken a personal liking to my cats and dog. They have called a few days after visits or surgery to always see if my animal is okay. When I recently lost my cat unexpectedly, probably due to age, they sent a sympathy card signed from all of them! If I come in and want something done they wont do it if they think its unnecessary because they dont want me to waste my money. Everything they have recommended for my cats and dog has worked, helped and made there quality of life better. I have seen some negative reviews on here and cant imagine that has happened to others. This is the best vet I have ever gone too and I have had animals for over 25 years. This vet is the sister clinic of the Emerson Pet Clinic and I was so happy to find that they were here in Brownsburg where I lived and that I didnt have to go 40 minutes to the other one. Your animals are loved, safe, cared for and welcome here! :)

We took two cats in for laser declaw, and liked that it is less painful, with quicker and better healing than the traditional method. However, upon picking them up, we were charged a different price than what was quoted. When we asked why, they said they would honor the quote, but the price had changed. Really? Overnite? She made us feel like we were trying to steal money from them just for asking why?!? We also took another cat at the same time because it was having trouble peeing. The vet accused me of being "argumentative" because I asked alot of questions concerning what the care plan was, cost, and length of stay. We feel that when you are spending OVER $1,300.00 on three animals within 3 days, you should have the right to ask LOTS of questions! Thats not being argumentative...thats just trying to be well informed. The vet at this clinic even went as far as to gossip to our family member about this. Some of the techs and staff are friendly, but the practice overall is not very professional. The declaw ran less here than other places, but they hospital stay was more than Westwood charged for an entire weekend hospitalization! You may spend a few extra dollars somewhere else, but its worth it to find a more confidential and professional practice. Will not be back to this practice.

I have two large dogs, and four cats. Two surgeries and a cat that almost passed on. During both of my dogs surgeries, the staff was proactive, friendly, loving, and patient. I ask a lot of questions and they answered them with a smile. Price for the surgeries was discussed before hand and there were no surprises at the time of payment. When I had trouble affording the first surgery, they offered a credit card that allowed me to get it done and pay it at a pace that wouldnt break the bank. They offer as much help as possible and then some. Everyone here loves animals and you can see it in their work. They care about what they do and who they do it for. When we rescued our kitten Jack, he was malnourished, covered in fleas, and had a respiratory infection. The vet and caregivers went above and beyond. They called to check on him during our touch and go 3 day wait period to see if he would pull through and rejoiced with us when he did. This is an amazing facility, with amazing Drs and caregivers that will take great care of your animals.

For over 10 yrs. I have gone to a vet in Lebanon who has no bed-side manner. When I couldnt get my dog in to see him on a Sat morning, I decided to find a new vet. After making several calls to vets in Lebanon and Brownsburg, I decided to take my dog to The Pet Clinic of BBurg. Not only were they able to see my dog on such short notice, but they provided excellent service. The front desk check-in was easy and the receptionist was freindly. Dr. Woodruff came right out upon our arrival and gave my dog the time and attention he needed. He also answered all my questions and addresed my financial concerns about the visit and future visits. His technician went over the bill with me and explained everything. Two days later she called to see how my dog was doing. And the following day, Dr. Woodruff called to express his concern over my dogs need for an upcoming surgery. I truly feel that they have my dogs best interest in mind and will be scheduling the surgery today.

We took our dog in to be seen he was having pain We have two pit bulls . When we came to pick him up, they drug him down the hall by his collar , he was so scared that he was frozen I do not know why that i he was so scared that he was frozen I do not know why they would not take the time to consider that he was scared and that was why he was not walking , instead of trying to talk to him and love on him, which is all it would have taken because he is the most loving and trusting animal I have ever seen , they chose to just drag him down the hall . Needless to say I put a stop to that very quickly, and the tech was very rude and their response to me telling them to not drag my animal down the hall by his neck . I will never go back to that place no matter what the price is .

I have been going to this clinic since 2009 with my dog and I can say that the clinical staff is really exceptional. They are always patient and friendly. However, I have to say though that EVERY time I call or go in this office, the fronk desk receptionist seems exceptionally cold, scowling actually, and not friendly in the least bit. She is also short on the phone when I call to book simple appointments. Just a word of advice to the owner/management, I think it may be helpful to do some retraining in regards to how to treat paying customers in a SMALL TOWN where there are other options for veterinary care. Its really not that much to ask to have someone smile, greet you in a professional way and thank you for your business.

I tried this vet for the first time this year. I rescued my dog and had to get all his annual things done. They claimed that he was very overweight when in fact they just didnt look at him. His rib cage is the largest part on him and he has a very defined waist. Other people compliment me on how in shape he is. My dog is a bully breed and i feel like they just looked at us differently. After they told me he was too excited, they proceeded to take a blood sample. This vet tech i swear missed the vein over 20 times. I had to hold my dog in place and watch her repeatedly stab at him. He behaved WAY better than i would have if it were myself getting blood taken. Overall they were ok but i have chosen to go somewhere else.
