Optometrist & glasses fitter were 5 stars, but the woman at the front who answers the phone is pretty obnoxious. Good luck getting an answer out of her.. if you ask for clarification you get an attitude and repeat of what you just heard. Also - these guys are scam artists just like everybody else.. they do not include PUPIL DISTANCE on prescriptions... this means you cannot order online without measuring yourself. Why did I pay to have an incomplete eye exam? Scam....

The staff was friendly and professional. I was tested on state-of-the art equipment by skilled professionals -- who, by the way, were also training other staff on the equipment. Dr. Korpi was genuinely sincere in his care for my recent vision problems. I felt heard, and I left with a sense that I was going to get glasses that fit my needs, not just whatever the latest greatest trending (and most profitable for the business).

I have received eye can there for over 10 years. It was not time for my regular appointment but I started having mild eye pain that was worrisome. They got me right in and checked me out thoroughly, even though my regular doctor was not in. This place is the best, they treat the patients respectfully, it is very clean, and they are so very good at what they do. It gets my highest recommendations.

It is wonderful to get all of tests done at the one appointment; fields, pictures and dilation, and not have a separate time for that as some places do. Seeing the pictures of your eyes and having the lines all explained is invaluable. I have very much confidence that they will not miss anything. The women that help you choose your glasses are courteous and helpful.

Have been going to Family Eye for quite some time. Always have a great experience. Recently, my daughter got something in her eye that was trapped under her eyelid, and was scratching her eye. They were very prompt in getting her worked in, and the doc. was extremely patient and understanding while working with my daughter to get the foreign object out.

Great staff and service. I had been in the office a few times before my yearly eye exam and had picked out a pair of frames I loved. When I went to my appointment the frames were no longer available but they were still able order the frames for me.

EXCELLENT! Dr. Hansen is great -- pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone on staff is so pleasant -- and Linda is a marvel at adjusting glasses. I would highly recommend Family Eye & Contact Lens Center -- theyre all terrific!
