I just brought my boyfriend into ER with shingles on his face. The PA Jill Reese was very rude. Terrible bedside manner. No concern for his pain whatsoever. Ive never dealt with a more rude ER PA not even a Dr. Weird I mentioned how terrible our time there was and several people knew exactly who we were talking about. Sorry not everyone in Vinton is a pill seeker, people have actual pain that needs to be addressed. If another hospital was closer, wed never return to the ER there.

If it wasnt for VGH, I would be in pain longer each time it rains or, snows. I suffer from Migraine Headaches,. its the way the ER nurses treat me, they can tell how bad it is either by the way Im talking and/or acting, by that they know how to treat me/take care of me. THANK GOD for the Doctors at the Clinic The one in the ER and ALL the nurses in the ER, none better.

I used to have a doctor there and his staff was very rude to me. I had never been treated so poorly in my life. This was actually over a year ago and I still think about how nasty they were.
