Laurie the instructor is awesome! However, the whole program is very unorganized. The whole course should be reviewed and updated. The receptionist is very nice when you go and sign up for the class. Once you start the class, she is very rude and interrupts the instructor during class. She has never taken the CNA class so we did not appreciate her input. The receptionist should at least act like she enjoys her job!!!!

I took my 75 hour CNA training at signature healthcare and it was a great experience. The staff were great and the training was excellent. I really enjoyed this class and the instructors. I felt i got the training i needed to enter the healthcare field in just two short weeks. I will be returning for the advanced class.

Awesome instructors, loved the class and the experience was amazing, great facilities to work and learn in but wasnt to fond of the secretary up front she was a little rude and snotty to the students. I recommend to bringing a jacket to class it can get a little chilly.
