IF YOU ARE A NURSE OR A CNA, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT TO YOU NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY. THE AGENCY "GHOST BOOKS" WHICH MEANS THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN ASSIGNMENT WHEN IN FACT THEY DONT HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT FOR YOU. THEY WILL THEN CANCEL YOUR ASSIGNMENT TWO HOURS BEFORE YOUR ASSIGNMENT STARTS OR CHANGE YOUR ASSIGNMENT WHEN AN ACTUAL ASSIGNMENT COMES UP. THEY DO THIS SO THAT YOU WOULD NOT START LOOKING FOR A MORE RELIABLE JOB. ALSO, WHEN ANY PROBLEM ARISES, THEY WILL "THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS".
